I frequently shop Roselinlin because I would not otherwise be able to afford these brands. Plus, I do not know the difference between several of the high-end brands fakes vs. real, since I do not shop in the stores.
I found it a bit confusing to start looking for clothes on the internet during the pandemic, but I was able to assure what I was looking for I found on this webstie!, I would buy again when necessary without hesitation!
I ordered pants online, I wasn't sure, but honest reviews from them made me jump, and I couldn't be more glad I did. Fast delivery, great wrap and free proof of delivery for next time. I want to buy again and I don't care what I buy. Lovely experience
I received an email that the shorts from this website were already available. As soon as I saw the email I jumped on the website and bought a pair. They are my favorite shorts for training. The 7/8 length was my favorite before I bought them. The website is easy to navigate, the sizes are the same on all the roaps and my favorite part is that the skirts and shorts have pockets.
Ordered a shirt and pants on 4/30/2020. Their logistics tracking stated my items shipped 5/14/2020. It is now 6/13/2020 and still I have not received my items. It TAKES TOO LONG to receive shipment, if I receive at all, and wrote a note to customer service to see where my items were. I would SKIP this company and not waste your time buying from clothes which look worn, but I was going to wear on weekends. I should have read the reviews first, but the items were so CUTE and I was brainwashed.
I ordered the electric blue dress online for my 19th birthday and the ordering process was very easy, the dress came quickly to my house, so the whole process was really easy and reliable. I got a lot of compliments on the dress and it was amazing! I totally recommend this dress and this boutique!
I ordered a pair of shoes and a pair of pants. Both were horribly different than the pictures. Very poor quality of material - almost plastic feel to both the shoes and pants. The pants were unwearable and the shoes looked like they were spray painted. When i tried to return them, they make it nearly impossible to get a refund. THe items are from China and you are responsible for the fees to return. They give you an option of 15% cash instead of returning items for a refund. Luckily the prices are so cheap it isn't worth sending back - that only should tell you about the products...

For the price I wasn't expecting much, however, the dress I received is of very good quality. I love the feel of the fabric of the dress and it fits perfectly. Thinking I need to buy it in more colors!
I couldn't believe how quickly I received my beautiful sweater. They informed me of the status of the shipment every step of the way. And my sweater is so beautiful, with lovely designs, and so warm and soft that I just want to wrap it up and hug it all the time!
I ordered multiple items in March. I was finally given tracking information in June. It stalled for weeks. My lease was up in June; I contacted them in advance and I told them that the address would need to be rerouted. They refused to do this and kept saying it would get there eventually. The package was in limbo for another month before USPS declared it undeliverable in mid-July, that it would be returned to sender. The company said it would be destroyed by customs and there was nothing they could do. They had the gall to offer 20% off my next order even though they never even got me the order I paid for!

This is the poorest quality, ill-fitting clothing I have ever seen! I normally wear a size 1X, sometimes a 2X. Because I have gotten 'burned' by Roselinlin in the past (poor sizing), I decided to order in their largest size and allowing for shrinkage I figured it would fit. Or, I could have it altered to fit. No such luck, even their size 5x didn't fit and they didn't accept the items back for return. Save your money! Do not but their clothing or jewelry items, sub-sub-sub quality! Cut styles in photos, but not what you receive.
Not to buy any product from this company.The delivered cloths are poor standard, like as they came from China off street shop( branded as Miss Look). Refund and resend back is oversea to China and it gave only 2 weeks to reach them otherwise they refuse to refund, impossible. Colour of blouse is totally different but they argue. It is FAKE products, they copied elegant picture from somewhere to advertise on line.
Refund is impossible.
I ordered in early June but delivered only after 3-4 weeks, one by one delivery via DHL. When I got notice from DHL as delivery is going to take place on such date. I contacted DHL who said the goods were not even collected at Depot at Dubai. DHL advised me to contact Roselinlin to collect from depot. So DHL text message to my mobile is even scam message from the company just to reassure.

My order number is LEAW5M*******. Placed my order. Six weeks later I had received nothing. I had sold my house and had to move. Finally Roselinlin sent me a tracking number. I went to post office the day of delivery and explained to the postal staff. They told me that Roselinlin using "junk mail" shipping. No forwarding. The USPS told me that they throw the undeliverable packages away. Contacted Roselinlin about their inferior shipping. Nothing. They blamed me for moving. I paid them $50 and it's their responsibility to get me my order. The largest ecommerce site on earth uses a guaranteed shipping method and guarantees their customers get the package. This is why their growing and companies like Roselinlin will be gone in a year. They are thieves who take your money and don't care if you get your order or not. DO NOT SHOP THERE.

We did not use any junk mail shipping. Once order was shipped, address cannot be changed and USPS cannot forward to a new address.
It is international shipping.
The package is just to returned to one of the shipping carriers’warehouse in your country. It will not be returned to China due to high customs fee.
If it cannot be delivered due to your address issue, it will be destroyed and no refund will be issued as well.

One star is to much for them. Received partial order after 2 months and they are oversized and polyester. My advise don't believe what they have in their website. CHEAP AND UNUSABLE. If you try to send it back it will cost more. NEVER AGAIN

Great fit and price, roselinlin. I couldn't ask for more. You provide me with almost everything I need. You understand my fashion sense so well. Great fashionable clothes for the curvy ladies for a reasonable price range.
Purchased 2 shoes. I wear a size 6 These would of fit big foot. Straps were so long that I could have wrapped them around my foot twice and thers eas a least two inches behind my heal. Sole was plastic. I could of purchased these at the dollar store. Now I am told by them I have to pay for the return and it could take o er a month for my returm money. It took over a month to get my purchase. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE.

Clothes vaguely resemble what I ordered. The fabric and quality is awful! Looks and feels like it was made in a Home Ec Class. Sizing must be based on the amount of fabric they have for the day. Since customer service is almost non-existent, returns are a nightmare. The photos below should have been SKU: SH******* & SKU: PA59B977

Green top with black and white vertical designs, looks great online, but in person a very difference story. Very cheap material with flimsy facing. Snagged first time i wore it. Poor cut--another company that takes pics of size 6 models, then just adds material for other sizes; hangs poorly. Dry cleaning recommended--I never would have bought had I known. Classic example of you get what you pay for. MOST IMPORTANT: THEY DO NOT PUBLISH NEGATIVE REVIEWS, so you will see only 4- and 5-star reviews.

The process of getting a return label was non-existent despite the fact that I rbegan it less than 12 hours after the clothes arrived. Numerous emails and nothing other than " we will reimburse 15% of your cost and if you paid by credit card it could take several weeks "! Really? I basically flushed $98.00down the toilet.
Poorly made clothes and company has yet to send return address (. It's inin Guanchouz China.) These clothes are not as described synthetic instead of cotton, seams unfinished. WalMart clothes look 200% better than this garbage

Answer: Not only are they a size or two smaller, the cut is horrid definitely not fitting across the shoulders, arms, bosom of an American plus size.
Answer: There is a returns policy page on the Roselinlin website. It clearly states that you must send items to China or take a 15 percent refund. You can fight them through your banking institution or Paypal.
Answer: No such thing. They are a shady company from start to finish. They are based in China and have no way to contact them. Took me 6 weeks to get my order and I had paid extra for shipping too!
