Don't bother ordering from them. As good or better at Marshal's or TJ Maxx.
I love the range of products on this online clothing page, I would love to see more two-piece sets. Most of the products are of great quality, but I found a couple that was not as attractive, BUT most of the products I have bought I love. I love the outfits, I love this boutique.
I ordered from Roselinin back in early May, 2020. It took "2 months" to receive my order. I asked for tracking and received an email showing the package was "picked up" at a San Francisco location but when I was trying to cancel the order, they asked me to be patient saying it was coming from overseas. So they lied that a package was shipped from San Francisco. Worst of all, when I received the items, they were not at all what I ordered and quality was poor. When I asked to return the items, they offered a 15% cash discount or I had to return the item to China. Yes, you heard that right - to China - which would be more expensive than the tops. I am donating the tops to a charity and reporting Roselinlin to the BBB.
I highly recommend you reconsider before ordering from this Chinese company with no local offices or distribution centers.

Woe is Me - - If only I'd looked up Roselinlin.com on the internet before being induced by a pop up ad on my screen to order from them! They show trendy, cute clothes in larger sizes. Trouble is, their size 5x only fits a 1x or 2x after washing. Fabric is cheap, clothing put together hap-hazzardly. Example: my top had two back pieces with middle seam. The left side was three inches longer than the right side, with the middle seam having a split about 4 inches up. Their size charts are way off - - do not match up from one item to the next.

So ot ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY HAVE ANOTHER SITE CALLED ANNIE CLOTH AND THAT IS A SCAM SITE AS WELL. THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD $134 FOR CLOTHING I NEVER ORDERED. I CAN ONLY CONTACT THEM 3 EMAIL THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER AND THEY DO NOT LISTEN TO YOUR REQUEST THROUGH EMAIL. THEY WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY AND IT WAS A MONTH AGO, NOTHING HAS COME HERE TO, ME AND I EXPECT IT WON'T. EVEN THOUGH I DIDN'T ORDER ANYTHING I LOOKED JUST BECAUSE. A month after ordering three dresses, all three came in an 18 x 18 inch plastic bag, although payment had been withdrawn from my account the day they received the order. Absolutely faked stolen prints. The dresses were of extremely poor quality. The fabric similiar to a woman's handkerchief. I would never wear any of them. I dropped them in the "donate" box. Perhaps someone could wear them foir a cover-up once and then discard. I don't know how Roselinlin can continue in business with the ulrealistic photos/descriptions. An absolute scam!

I ordered 3 tops from them. They took much longer than expected to arrive. The sizes on the tops were completely different than the sizes of the actual garments. 2XL was smaller than XS. 4XL was smaller than XS. The garments arrived with no contact information or return information. After several emails asking to return the garments, I received a response discouraging me from returning the items saying I would have to pay the shipping to China, some ridiculous statements about the return address having to be valid, and offering me 15% refund so I could alter the garments myself. The company has no interest in customer service or sending quality garments.

As i was looking through i noticed there were no individual reviews on each item i was looking at. Also the photos were all the same angel if you ck legit sites they offer several views. Thats when i cked the internet for reviews. PLEASE RESEARCH SITES before ever giving your cc info! I will not be checking this site again

The clothing on the website is NOTHING like what you receive. The quality is AWFUL, to say the least. The sizes of the clothes that they sent, was way too small. Their return department is in China. They expect you to pay the postage for sending the clothes back. I had also cancelled part of the order. I had received a confirmation of the cancellation of the partial order. They NEVER refunded me for that amount. I contacted my credit card company. After a while, I was able to get all of my money back. DO NOT SHOP FROM THEM!

I wear a Large to X-Large clothing in all brands. Knowing China clothing runs small, I ordered XXL in all the items. They are STILL way too small. The clothing itself is cute and comparable to the price, but I actually got one of the tops stuck and had to have help getting it off my shoulders.

Placed order on June 7th. I have been experiencing the same difficulties regarding shipping and tracking my ordered (and paid for) items. I am not able to get any response from customer service, other than the computer generated response, which leads to a dead end on tracking my order. I wish I had researched the reviews of this company ahead of time. I, too, saw their advertisement on yahoo, while checking my emails. Yahoo should research this company, I'm sure these ads aren't being placed on Yahoo for free (?). I know now NOT to trust ads, no matter where they are online. I'm obviously out 124$, which was my cost for order. But Roselinlin received the funds immediately-
And yes, reviewing previous Roselinlin customer experiences would have saved me time and money, because the fake 'positive' reviews are obviously part of the scamming process. It is so obvious!

The clothes are the lowest quality -- I'm better off at Walmart. Worse than that they are virtually un-returnable. It's been 1.5 months and I still haven't received everything but they expect me to return within 15 days. If i returned the items in the 4 packages in which they arrived, I would spent much more in shipping than I did on the clothes. Do yourself a favor -- DON'T SHOP ON THIS WEBSITE!

This company in China will not honor your return to its full amount. I ordered 2 dresses based on their size chart(I normaly wear Medium to Large) I ordered 2XL. I could not get it over my head! I reached out by email to Roselinlin support and was offered 25% refund! They suggested I should accept that since mailing it back would cost more. So I refused the offer and after several emails back and forth they offed 35% refund. I consider this FRAUD. I will contact my bank to recall the payment.

The clothes were of poor quality and sized incorrectly. Returns are near impossible as it's a complicated process to send to China. A good reminder to shop locally. I won't be sucked in again.

It was my first time buying it from them, all the clothes come from China, and it's not what you see what you get. If you buy from them it will take you months to receive the package and also in intervals. It has been 4 months and I still have not received my full order. Refund policy, forget it there is none. They will not give you any money. So save yourself from this AWFUL AWFUL experience.

If I could choose 0 stars I would. CHICV UK LIMITED is listed as the company under terms of service for ROSELINLIN.com. I purchase a few items last year and then I purchased again recently. 2 out of the 5 items were completely unwearable garbage. Not as described at all. They show beautiful pictures then switch out what they actually ship you with different material (different color and fabric) that's very cheap and not made the same. Both times I asked for prepaid return labels on the basis that the company did not uphold their end of the order. They did a bait & switch on the products. Both times they offered a small credit but refused to let me return them unless I paid for the return - but the cost to ship back to china was the same as the price of the item. Will NEVER order from Roselinlin or any company associated with ChicV again.

This is a company that all but disappears after you make your purchase. It takes them 1-3 days to respond to any email. They delay issuing RMA's for weeks, then offer a 15% refund if you keep inferior items. Next they inform you that you will probably lose 100% of your purchase price because of China return duties.
There is absolutely no way to contact them and they show no inclination to accept returns. I would advise you not to make any purchases from them.

Answer: Not only are they a size or two smaller, the cut is horrid definitely not fitting across the shoulders, arms, bosom of an American plus size.
Answer: There is a returns policy page on the Roselinlin website. It clearly states that you must send items to China or take a 15 percent refund. You can fight them through your banking institution or Paypal.
Answer: No such thing. They are a shady company from start to finish. They are based in China and have no way to contact them. Took me 6 weeks to get my order and I had paid extra for shipping too!
