If purchasing from this company, be sure of the size. Their sizes are true to sizes in the USA. Their 3x is actually a small or medium. And if you try to exchange or get a refund there aren't a site to contact them. So to those of us that have purchased from roselinin we are stuck with products we can use. So good luck to you all.
I ordered 3 items from Roselnlin and paid through Paypal. They failed to send the most expensive item. They offered to reimburse me less than the unsent item cost through Paypal. I refused since I paid more for the item. Paypal claims that unless I assume the cost of sending back the two items they did send I can not be considered for a refund. I contacted Roselinlin several times, but to no avail. Their business practices seem somewhat shady. I will never do business with them again.

DO NOT believe the photos! I too threw into my thrift store box all but 1 of the 6 items I bought. They are totally scamming and conning in their photos and don't even use the materials as they claim. You can't return them because you have to pay the cost to China.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!

I have a couple of blouses from this website and the touch of the fabric is very soft, and the seams are good, I love them, I can't speak for other garments since the only thing I buy online are blouses and shirts.
These clothes look NOTHING like the lovely stylized photos the float to the top of your computer screen when you're reading the paper. They are NOT COTTON, NOT LINEN, but polyester with maybe 4% of some so-called natural fiber. These clothes are coming from China though they've given the company an Italianish name. They are beyond cheap. Unwearable. I bought a so-called Vintage dress. It's just a shapeless mu-mu suitable for a 90 year old in a nursing home. Terrible.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. I normally do read reviews but the one time I didn't I get burned. This is absolutely ridiculous! Delivery time stated between 10-20 days and I thought that was a little long but I ordered it anyway. That was May 7th. It is now May 30th so I finally contacted them today. From the other reviews that I've read summer will be over before I receive my order which by then will be useless. And if it's cheaply made as stated in other reviews it's going right back.

I placed an order with this company more than a month ago and still have not received my items! Going to report them to my credit card and see what can be done. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Plus, from what I'm reading, I'm not sure I want to receive the items as everyone is saying they misrepresent what they sell and you do not get what is pictured online. It is July 27th and I made my order May 17th 2020. All the company has done is send a message that it has arrived on the mainland. I have a tracking number for usps. When I put it in it says that the pkg was picked up by a shipping partner Pitney bowes and it is on its way to USPS. However, I have received nothing. The pkg was picked up on June 18th by Pitney bowes but that is it. So disappointed in this company's responses and absolutely will not ever order from this company again. I have no products and spent $101.00 US.

I have been waiting for my order for sometime. I placed an order with the company on May 17th and it is now July 1,2020. I can say that some of this is covid related however, I cannot seem to shake the disappointment in that I have spent over $100.00 and received nothing yet. I will not reorder from this company.

Buyer beware! Articles sent to you from USA BUT returns MUST go to China (Cost $20.00 or more). Company will offer you 10-15% instead of returning clothes. Cloths on site are nothing like what you receive. Linen on site is cheap cotton-poly. Clothes do not fit properly. Spent $100.00, offered $12.00 rather than refund. Sent clothes back to China and never got any refund! STAY AWAY! I think the "good" reviews are fake. READ THE REVIEW ABOUT QUALITY AND RETURNS BEFORE YOU ORDER.

So a full month later, I got one of the three items I ordered. A basic grey t-shirt. I like a deep V and am VERY picky about my t-shirts. I'm full figured and usually buy a 1x or a 2x. When my order didn't show I read other reviews saying everything was Chinese small.
Well, my newest grey t-shirt Is super soft, a super great medium shade of gray with some texture. It's NOT all cotton it's a bit stretchy AND IT IS HUGE! Like a good 4X. But I kind of love it.
So four weeks later some small churren somewhere in China made me a great sleep shirt.
Now where is my dress and linen pants? Will they be here before summer is over?

This online clothing store has a place in my heart since I bought from there a gift for a friend (a tshirt) and it became so cute, I bought a similar tshirt for myself and now we wear it as an outfit for a couple of friends jajajaja
Website will say cotton but it is polyester. Everything I ordered on website says 100% cotton, not cotton blend, but COTTON! When I received all 6 tops I ordered from Roselinlin they were all cotton/polyester. False advertising.

This company website is a scam! Poor quality merchandise, product description does not match what's received. Website does not say YOU HAVE TO RETURN ITEMS TO CHINA! They know return shipping cost will be prohibitive. Reviews are fake too, just read some and comments don't match product. Everything is shipped from China, JUNK!

I'm still missing pieces from my original order, the $#*! I received in NO WAY resembles real clothing, and paypal is like "Oh? Gee..."

This is a company in China that specializes in scamming you. You will receive 3 of your 5 items. The quality of these items is AWFUL and looks nothing like the photo. VERY poor quality fabric. The description describes your shirts as linen & picture beautiful. It's the worst quality cotton ever. The size is ridiculousWAY TOO SMALL. When you try to return they will tell you that it takes a very long time to get a refund & that you have to pay for shipping to CHINA and it's expensive so they don't recommend it. They offer to refund your items 15% and you keep them & use the 15% refund to get your items altered. Are you kidding? You will never get your other 2 items OR your 15% refund. It's s big SCAM. Don't ever buy from this company.

Answer: Not only are they a size or two smaller, the cut is horrid definitely not fitting across the shoulders, arms, bosom of an American plus size.
Answer: There is a returns policy page on the Roselinlin website. It clearly states that you must send items to China or take a 15 percent refund. You can fight them through your banking institution or Paypal.
