-First I get a piece of clothing that I did not order more than a month after I ordered it
-I try to return it
-Only to find out that I have to send it to China and pay any "duties" that go along with it. (It was sent from Brea, CA)
-I am told that I can get a 15% refund "to fix whatever is wrong with the article of clothing.
-THEN, I am told it is too late.
Hmmmmmm, looks like a scam, smells like a scam, sounds like a scam... what else could it be?
I tried to figure out when I can get the dress because I need it before Thanksgiving, and they helped me with everything efficiently. This is the 2nd time I bought dresses from Roselinlin, can't wait to see my new dress next week!
The advertised clothes are not what is received. The pictures are of high quality clothes, the reality is rags. Cheap knock offs (copies) of patterns, cuts, wrong sizing and very very low quality fabric. Let me stress they were unwearable. Return policy requires sending items to China AT PUCHASER'S OWN COST, despite business being advertised as in the UK or they offer that you take a percentage refund starting at 15%! Either way customer loses and has paid money for unwearable pieces of fabric it is a terrible scam.

I really love the site (roselinlin). I order on this site not for the first time and every time I remain completely satisfied with the quality. Large range, the latest models, all stylish and high quality, very low prices. Order quickly send, highly recommend the site.
I would have given no stars if I could have. I thought the clothes looked great. I ordered a bunch of clothes and shoes. When they arrived not one item fit. I am a true size 9 shoe - the shoes were 1 1/2 sizes too small despite them having a 9 on them. The clothes fit 2 - 3 sizes too small so their sizing is completely OFF. The quality is far from pictured. The linen is thin and flimsy quality. I packaged everything up to return it for a refund. It cost me 40.00 to send the package to China. I sent a few emails and was told they had not received my package. 6 MONTHS LATER - I get the packaged returned to me with no explanation. I have reached out to Roselinin - trying to get a refund is hopeless. They have me going in circles. At this point I will just give the clothes to charity. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS SITE

Been trying to resolve an issue for three months. I returned an order because of the low quality of the items I received. Guess what, they turned around and reshipped the same low quality. I clearly stated in the return package that the items were returned because of low quality. You can not communicate with this company. (at least not in English) Stay away from this company.

I am always skeptical about ordering online, especially from a website that I am not familiar with. But I took a risk with this online boutique and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised, I will buy again
All of those wonderful summery looks... NOT THEIRS! I kept getting the ads though and so I thought I would try ONE item. A pretty "cotton" blouse, blue. Today it arrived; HA! Prison stripes= hahaha! Joke was on me because I knew better.
The photos that they use are fakes. The blouse looks NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS!
Just don't do this to yourself. You deserve better and so do I.

Great dresses and fast delivery. Absolutely super happy with my two outfits! I live in the country and couldn't believe how fast they were delivered and how much they looked alike in the photos on the website!
My Dress was perfect and came exactly as I was told. CS was great to work with and very helpful. It fit will, the length was perfect, it wasn't heavy or uncomfortable - i love it. The best thing about the design was no bustle and no major alterations.
It took several weeks to get the merchandise. The quality of the clothing is very poor, (but I guess that should be expected because of the price). Size small is gigantic. Their return policy consists of them emailing me the option of returning the clothing to China - which they advised was very expensive due to international postage rates - and because of the international shipping, they could not determine a timeline when my return would be processed. My other option was to settle for a 15% cash refund to put towards altering the clothing. I took the 15% refund and donated the clothes to ARC. Poor way to do business. With all the other reliable clothing lines to choose from my recommendation is to AVOID Rosalinlin.

I buy this werbsite a couple of shirts that were very comfortable, I bought black. They fit really well and look so professional while being casual. They go with everything, I also bought a couple of dresses and they fit me well too
What you SEE in Roselinlin ad is not what they SEND! What you receive is cheap cheap material not I. E. the linen ( of which I ordered) your were dissipating and looking forward to. Contact your states Consumer Affairs office if you experience said above.

The website is very easy to navigate, and the range of different products is vast. The page is colorful and cozy, very easy to find a variety of quality items. The clothing items are also of good quality, but remember to check the item size at the bottom. Shipping didn't take too long. Would buy from again!
I saw an ad for some clothes that looked really cute and the prices were really good, so decided to order some. Bad decision. I should have checked the company out first, or even just read a few reviews. Every review on their site is obviously faked. They really don't even try to be convincing. The quality is so poor it is almost funny, except it is not. Even if everything had been free, I would still warn everyone to stay away from them. For returns you have to ship everything to China, even though they were shipped from California. I took my items to the post office and it was going to cost me $53 to return them to China. And the mail service is so unreliable, chances are they will never make it there. So instead of being out $100 for the items, I would now be out $153. So lesson learned. Never order anything from a company in China, or be prepared to just lose your money if you are not happy. DO NOT BELIEVE THE PHOTOS, THAT IS NOT WHAT YOU WILL BE RECEIVING!

I ordered two items WITHOUT seeing their review and it was a HUGE mistake. I ordered and paid for two items, but after 3 weeks, I received only one item. The item was very FAR from the picture... especially color and also style. Very CHEAP material. I sent them an email to complain about the item I did not receive but no response... I feel like I spent about $50 for NOTHING! Don't shop here!

I was trying to find a dress that I couldn't find anywhere else and I found it on this website. It was easy to use and had some great options. It was one of the best online experiences I've had, easy to order, pay and deliver really fast. The dress was also wrapped! I will definitely use it again.
The only thing I don't like is that I always ask for the same thing and for the last 10 months the names keep changing for the colors, so I have to guess what will match what I have and usually buy 2-3 different colors to try. But I love how fast it is and the quality.
I had my doubts when buying in Roselinlin, I was wrong. The shipping is normal, and the dress I bought is very beautiful, it is what I expected, the fabric is of good quality, it is not transparent as I thought and doubted. The quick response from customer service gave me the peace of mind of my purchase.
I love the comfort, quality and variety of purchases with this online store. I have a large extended family and catalogs and online shopping are a great way to shop for the different ages and stages of the girls in my family. The quality and price of the products have not disappointed me, in addition to the return / refund policy when the products are not to your liking, no problem.
Answer: Not only are they a size or two smaller, the cut is horrid definitely not fitting across the shoulders, arms, bosom of an American plus size.
Answer: There is a returns policy page on the Roselinlin website. It clearly states that you must send items to China or take a 15 percent refund. You can fight them through your banking institution or Paypal.
