I have been using this boutique for a while and so far it has never disappointed me. The delivery speed, samples and gift bags are unbeatable. I think that now there is more possibilities of buying more here!
Incredible selection of clothing at reasonable prices, plus they almost always have sales. I have been a customer for about 2 years and have never had a negative experience. Some clothes may not appear exactly as shown, so please read the comments and measurements.
I have been ordering online from this internet boutique for a couple of years now and am very happy with all my purchases. Good communication, great deals and generally pretty quick to send my order to mic home.
My order took months to arrive. The pictures look beautiful but in truth they are mad out of cheap material, sizes are way off for Americans. Returns are close to impossible. Very disappointed and will never buy again.
To everyone whom left an honest review. I was going to order from this site that keeps popping up for me, but after reading all the legit reviews (and telling the fake ones) I will not shop here.
I'm sorry you all had to go through this. Laws should be changed so if they ship form the states as a "holding warehouse" they should accept it back there instead of the scam they are pulling and the loopholes they found.
Wow, one of the best online customer services I've ever had! Very helpful and fast and contact me! I would definitely recommend wearing them to any girl looking to dress well at comfortable prices and decent quality!
Don't buy their stuff. Very poor quality. Clothing do not look anything like what the photos show. I should have trusted what most of the reviews said. I had to throw away almost every single piece I ordered. Materials are cheap. This company found image from other reputable company and try to replicate it and the result is just horrible! Do't be fooled by the low price. You get what you pay for from this website. Trust what all the negative ratings. They are absolutely true!

I ordered the casual bottom pants last April and today they arrived. Oh boy! The crutch is so low, and for 3/4 length pants, they come to the ground! Even when I pull them up to my breasts, they are way too long. I thought about taking them apart and fixing them, but there is so much that needs doing to make them wearable, I'm just going to throw them out. It would be an insult to give them to someone else. But, I will NEVER EVER order anything online like this again. I will only go through reputable firms. Its such a shame, as they looked fabulous on the model. I don't think what I got was anything like what she was wearing.

Suitable place for online shopping. I am very happy with this website. Clothing of wide design with good quality and cheap prices. Now, I'm not going to go shopping in a physical store, everything will be online!
My favorite dresses! The only website where everything you order is true to size and always fits amazingly. It makes shopping so easy. I absolutely love it! I would not know what to do without this boutique.
Great shopping experience! The dress is wonderfully beautiful and literally everything I wanted and more! I didn't have to change her size, but if necessary, customer service would take care of everything, so there was no problem.
These products come from China, taking over a month to arrive. Quality is poor. Sizes are small; large fits like a small. There is really no possibility to return the items. Upon first enquiry, they will offer a 15% refund without bothering to return the (useless) item. If you persist, they up it to 25%. So persist, take the 25% and don't bother returning by $$ mail. Don't throw good money after bad.
Don't be fooled by the "sincere concern" expressed by the company when I posted this review. Just more empty words.

Shopping this store online is THE best online experience I've ever had - I order frequently from them because of it. The packages are absolutely adorable with handwritten notes and arrive quickly. The prices here are also rather reasonable. Their actual locations are quite cute but somehow feel like they're missing something. Maybe it's just I love getting packages in the mail!
I ordered a beautiful shirt here for a party that arrived very quickly and looked the same as on the web page, to underline this, I had contact with a lady from this boutique by email who was amazing in helping me and always answered my emails so soon as i sent them. She was an amazing help at all times, really great customer service. Thank you :)
First I thought I was buying from Canadian retailer. But when delivered ALL of the products came from China. Plus when I tried to get a refund... 1. I could only get 15% of the bought item OR 2 send it back within a 2 week delay with no return address to China. I only got the warehouse address in Mississauga Ontario. Got wrong colour pants, hole in one shirt. Sizes are off. Cheaply made. So disappointed pics look great but looks can be deceiving. Do NOT be fooled. Lets see if this review gets posted.

As I read through the positive reviews, I see that a native speaker probably did not write them. Who calls going to the shopping mall a "tour"? We also do not say "my items" multiple times when discussing our orders. I will not order from this and other websites that have similar feedback- thank you again for your honesty.

Do not order from this website. The dress I ordered is a completely different color than what is pictured on the website. It is an unattractive bright neon orange with garish yellow-gold accents. Furthermore, the seams are crooked. The sweater is a stellar example of poor craftsmanship and, again, looks very little like the picture.
I will happily refrain from shopping at this store in future. I took the 15% discount as they made it clear that it would not be worth my while to incur costs to return items to China.

I bought a dress that arrived overnight and was of great quality and fitted perfectly! Thanks for the amazing service and products! Would buy again! Check them out as they have tons of cool styles available!
Answer: Not only are they a size or two smaller, the cut is horrid definitely not fitting across the shoulders, arms, bosom of an American plus size.
Answer: There is a returns policy page on the Roselinlin website. It clearly states that you must send items to China or take a 15 percent refund. You can fight them through your banking institution or Paypal.
Answer: No such thing. They are a shady company from start to finish. They are based in China and have no way to contact them. Took me 6 weeks to get my order and I had paid extra for shipping too!
