Clothes I can really afford! Sure, shipping is slow, but I don't mind waiting, especially if it's free and it's coming from a long distance. They've made up for it by giving me discounts and free items for my next order, which is great because then I'll save even more. The clothes I have received have been of decent quality, the designs are always as shown in the image on the website!
So angry to receive trash from this shop. They don't response when you emailed them for return. I regret not doing my homework i. E. to check reviews before hand. They are all ugly clothes with poor quality. I ordered 4 items and nothing look like those in the picture at all. I bet the good reviews here are written by their staff.

Have you noticed the scam here? Pop-Ups from companies whose name changes from feminine appealing names, are all from China. Their wares look terrific in internet adds, prices seem low until you order and the problems begin. It may take 6 weeks to receive your order (it is from China after all), the sizes don't conform with the American female body, the quality is not as advertised and there is no way to return anything. Each consumer should research the company before ordering. No matter how cute or stylish the picture on-line of the item is, it will not live up to it that image.

I get great quality clothes at incredible prices, and many of the clothes are one-of-a-kind pieces that would be almost impossible to find anywhere else. I would definitely check here first if you see similar items elsewhere on the internet at a much higher price... just saying.;-)

This site will say an item is embroidered and is in fact printed. Returns are impossible. Even PayPal cannot help you. However, I did get a refund through American Express. Do not know how they get away with using pictures from the American Soft Surroundings catalog for their printed merchandise. Online the clothes look cute. If you happen to get them they are junk -- shoes, printed clothes and jewelry. You will see the same clothes from many different websites, each time a new name, same inferior product. Don't let them use your money while you fight them. Don't order!

I ordered 128.00 worth of clothes and not one item received was what was shown on their website nor description. You think your ordering linen, no you get corduroy, fake silk, polyester fabric. Pants show ankle length, mine went over my toes! They waited over the time frame before shipping so you could not have cc company to back off the charge. I waited 46 days before receiving my junk. They offered me a refund of $1.50! Increased th amount to 2.00,3.00. If i wanted to return the items i had to pay the shipping cost along with some tariff fee. They even asked if i could sell it or donate it, i tossed it in the trash. What a SCAM!

I made the mistake of ordering from this company via FB. Never again will I trust FB advertisers. This company is owned by the richest man in China. They have satellite warehouses all over the U S. So when your packages come they won't have Chinese writing they have an address with a warehouse street number and city, state. They are very sneaky. Totally fraudulent! So don't open the package and send it, return to sender, cross out your name and address. No proof that it was received. Call your bank and dispute the charges.

The shirt did not look like the picture. Make sure to measure yourself, their sizing is out to lunch. Basically the clothes are 2 sizes too small from a Canadian standpoint. The product was put in a grimmy bag and looked used. I followed the return process but it said my email doesn't match my order invoice. Even if I could send it back I would be lucky to get $6 back from $50.
