Their Return Policy: "... it's easy to return and receive a refund." Reality: You must return to CHINA and pay for shipping fees, customs fees, and anything else the Chinese may throw your way. It's a complete racket. They deal in English and American dollars, pose as a national business but they are located in China. Nowhere on the site will you see that, though! Only AFTER they already have your money and refuse to provide the return process they misled you to believe they offer. Plus, the merch is poor quality and they take 8 weeks to deliver, regardless of what they promise. And the quality is inferior. It's a racket! The worst site I've ever dealt with. They have many other names on the web. Noracora.com is another one. Same racket.

I was very excited to find this site as I have been looking for pure cotton dresses and shirts for a while, which are stylish and fashionable. When I received my order, 7 of the 10 items I ordered were not only polyester, but some kind of mix such that if you rubbed the material together it left you feeling as if you had scratched a chalk board, and it actually made a noise. I suspect it had recycled plastic material. The trousers they included were so badly made that the button hold was half sewn up, and the sizing completely off.
A waste of time and money, and they want you to pay for return shipping, when they have made false representation as to the material used. They should be shut down.

I have been a EziBuy customer for over 2 years and have purchased many items and am very happy with the range, price, and hassle free return policy. I have recommended my friends and they are also very happy with their purchases. I hate that you try to find something that I like to fit (since I have a bigger size), but here they have a wide range of more styles that are stylish and don't make me feel like I'm using a tent. I love how easy the whole online shopping experience is.

When I needed to get information about my clothing order here that was not available in the generic questions and answers, I contacted their customer service by email. I contacted a representative almost instantly and they gave me the answer immediately.

I ordered a Linen/Polyester dress with a necklace included and received a Cotton/Polyester one. When I questioned this and the fact that I did not receive the necklace they said it was a mistake on their part. No attempt on their part to update the website has been made. Save your money, there are plenty of honest suppliers out there.
I also ordered 2 pairs of pants. Even though the labels show the same size, they are clearly not and the quality is rubbish.
One very unhappy customer and I hope I can spare others the grief. STAY AWAY from this site!

The order arrived earlier than estimated, it is very beautiful, as in the photo, only that the model is very thin and she looks much better, I measure 1.72 and use size 40, I asked for size L and great because I like the baggy shirt, but the dress has a rather short length, so I will wear with tights since I do not have the thighs as thin as the model in the photo. Buy again, the designs are original, nothing to do with what they sell in other chain stores or websites.

Like other reviewers, I ordered from this site based on the beautiful photos of the clothing and great reviews on the website. Ten weeks later (after multiple requests to cancel the order and get a refund, all of which were denied), a package shows up with horribly made clothes that only barely resemble the photos from the site. There is no indication on the website that the business is based in China. The business counts on customers not being willing to pay the exorbitant return shipping fees and settling for the 15% refund. Total scam. Don't waste your money.

Items I received looked nothing like the website depictions. See Tanya B.'s review: I agree 100%: cheap, shoddy material. Trying to return items for refund: USPS won't ship to China; FedEx says "at least $100". Roslinlin offered me 15% refund; I refused. Then "If you would like to keep the item(s) and skip the return hassle, we'd love to improve the compensation rate to be 25% money refund." Wow. They acknowledge problems with return. Finally they sent a label - not a proper shipping label, I learned at FedEx - with the WRONG zip code on it!
