I love this online clothing store. Hands down the best shopping site I've had so far and most of the clothes are super nice for the low prices. Highly recommended if you are looking for something affordable.

I ordered some very comfortable and fashionable pants on this website. Ideal to dress with casual style and for mountain tours, walks, etc. They look great with black boots and Converse-type sneakers.

In addition to getting inferior knockoff clothing ordered from their online catalogue with pictures, order was sent in 3 shipments, one item was never sent yet the company continues to claim they have no recourse to refund my money. After months of being told to be patient, they have stopped communicating. This is theft. They had both my credit card and Paypal information to make the refund and stalled.

I placed a clothing order with this online retailer two months ago, to include a pair of shoes. Six weeks later the order arrived, but the shoes were not included. My many emails inquiring about the missing shoes have gone unanswered. The shoes were priced at about $35.00. I must now assume that I have been cheated. I will continue to seek satisfaction, most likely through Visa credit. My advice: stay away from this retailer's site.

I love everything I ask for in this online boutique fast shipping and excellent quality in all clothes. Pricing is standard for clothing these days. The outfits are so cute that the hardest part is choosing just one. I've never had a problem with them before, so I highly recommend this website!

Buyer Beware! Do not order from this company! You are not able to contact them except by email, which should have been a red flag to me. Regardless, my order took almost 2 months to be delivered and what arrived is nothing like I expected or as described. Cheap, cheap, cheap quality and awful! I have reached out by email (the only way to contact them) for a return label and have heard nothing. Am I surprised? No. Do I expect to hear from them? No, I do not.
Please heed my warning and avoid this company at all costs. Any company that doesn't provide a customer service number should be a huge red flag!

I ordered 2 items on Nov 16,2020. One item was delivered on Dec 22,2020. The other item seems to have been stuck in Atlanta since 12/21/20 according to the tracking information. There is no phone number to contact them. I've written repeatedly to their customer service and they have done nothing but tell me I need to wait longer, although it's already been almost 2 months. I said I want a refund but they ignore my request. Their clothes are interesting, but it takes at least a month to receive them and customer service is totally worthless. I doubt I will ever receive my item or a refund. AVOID THEM!

I had to return a beautiful dress on this website that I bought for my niece, it was my fault, I chose the wrong size. She received professional help. I felt really bad, but they made me feel so much better by giving me a store credit and a chance to buy again. Thanks for the great service.

I am very happy to see that this website now use their own models and photos, whereas previously they had a reputation for using photos from other retailers leading to misleading articles. It's great to see an online boutique that really listens to their customers' feedback! I love the prices and the quality, I always get compliments when I wear these clothes because they are always in fashion and it doesn't look like the typical clothes found in the mall.
