The picture of the item is not accurate at all to what i received. It looked like two pieces of felt were thrown together to make a "sweater". Shortly after my purchase they took the item off there site making it impossible to have proof. I am so disappointed. All I wanted was a cute sweater... all you wanted was my money. So thanks for being such good human beings, because we all know cutthroat business-trumps human dignity every time! I will never order from you again!
Ok so I've always gotten these huge carts filled with cute stuff at Romwe but never ordered because I thought the website was sketch. Finally got the guts and ordered one shirt. But the tracking is so stupid. I've checked almost everyday to see how close the package is or when it shipped but it looks like it might not even have left the facility in the 5 days after placing my order. I looked online to track my package and even on Romwe's site and it looks like my order just received a label and hasn't even gotten out yet. If I had ordered a lot of stuff, I would understand. BUT I ORDERED ONE SHIRT. And unless the tracking is wrong, it's not even close to actually shipping. Getting slightly frustrated at this point. I just want to know why tracking is such a pain.

I ordered the Birds Print Slim Tshirt from romwe.com because I absolutely loved the print for Spring. I felt comfortable purchasing it online because they provide you with specific measurements of the shirt, so you have a good idea as to whether it will fit correctly or not. I expected shipping to take a while, but it was here within two weeks! The shirt is polyester and flows casually on me. I love the fit of the crew neck and length. I will definitely be ordering more from this site, especially since they offer free shipping with bulk orders!

I wish I would have read the reviews on this site before making my purchase. It has been more than a month since I put in my order and yet I have received nothing. Even after sending them countless emails and trying to live chat with them. No response and no package. They moved pretty fast to take the money out of my account but they are not moving fast at all to give me my property. This is so frustrating and there seems to be nothing I can do to get my shipment or a refund. My advice, the cheap prices are not worth the hassel you have to go through to actually get what you purchased.

I found the most amazing dress for a wedding I had to go to on romwe.com. This is a great source of fashion and accessories at A GREAT PRICE. I can seriously get at least 20 outfits for under $100 on here, it is AMAZING. I ordered and I ended up getting free shipping. The clothing and items arrived in excellent condition and they look just like they did on the website. They offer great deals and you are in for luck when you end up with a whole new wardrobe for the cost of one outfit in the mall! Now that winter is around the corner, I can't wait to wear my new winter Maxi from them. Thanks again! I love this site!
Finds it absolutely stupid how they don't have a phone number to contact them at, and you have to submit a ticket in order to talk to them about an order, which probably won't even be answered. Totally scam! Out $200 now, cause it's impossible to contact them. Besides probably on here. But they told me that they haven't received any payment from me (even if it shows on my banking that the money did go to romwe) only after they tried to make me send them an additional $25 and I started to question why. I want my money back! Or Atleast the clothes!

I'm from the UK and ordered clothes from ROMWE 3 weeks ago. They arrived today. The clothes are better quality than I expected (considering the clothes are so cheap), however the way they size their clothes is terrible. I was warned to order up a few sizes - which I did, yet still none of the clothes fit me at all. I'm a size 14, so ordered large. They came up at a size 8-10, one item even smaller. Fortunately I have some friends who love them so I don't have to pay the pricey returns fee.
I highly recommend everyone to shop from Romwe. I have shopped from this site many times and have got no complaints so far.The prices are competitive enough and the quality of the products is decent. There is a wide range of products available.So many styles and daily new products are added. They give discounts and there is flash sale where you can grab your favourite items in low price. I shopped a blazer and few jwellery pieces which came to around $60 and I got a nail art brush set as free gift with a cute note.The products came well packed and the sizes were just perfect. I got my product in 3 weeks and the customer care helped me well and responded to my queries.No customs was charged from me. They offer free shipping too. I just love Romwe and no doubt its the best shopping site for street style fashion. Romwe Rocks!

Worse fabric I've ever seen/felt in my life, poor construction of the models, and it doesn't look at all as the pics online.

The clothes where super cheap, you could feel the thin fabric that felt like it would tear apart in the washing machine, the chain that came with the pants where plastic, all of the clothes are either for really slim or plus sized girls, I am neither. The pants and shorts I ordered had zero room for thighs, and I ordered a plus sized top since it didn't have the big enough size on the size chart. It didn't mention that it was stretchy fabric so now the top is too big.:(
But I did order a phone case with is very good quality as well as a purse. And they came a week early.

2/3 of the items I purchased were not the correct items when I received them. The sweater is size medium but feels more like an XS. The leggings are extremely cheap and were advertised as cloth. But they sent me liquid leggings. The denim jacket with grey hood that I purchased is too small because the sizes run small and it's very cheap. I DO NOT recommend buying from here.

I found this site surfing online one night and loved their clothing line. I picked out the multicolor hollow floral crop jacket for my girlfriend and she loves it! Ordering the jacket was easy and no hassle. The item shipped on time and arrived as promised on time and brand new. I was quite pleased with this company's website functionality. I love this site for the light summer dresses. She has been really into light colors and floral patterns lately. Two weeks ago I ordered her this floral White Spaghetti Strap dress that I saw on here. The dress came quickly. I am always impressed with the shipping and handling speed of Romwe. She really like the dress and the material and wore it to Vegas last weekend.
I ordered four shirts from Romwe. They took forever to get to me and on top of that they looked NOTHING like the photos on the website! They are super thin material and NOT worth the 30 bucks I payed. Even the colors were off! Their sizing chart is totally off. I could get better clothes at the dollar store. I'd advise you to not buy from Romwe.

I thought I'd write a review as I read a lot of these bad reviews after I ordered for the first time a couple of weeks ago! I ordered on a whim after seeing it advertised on fb, and only after my order did I look at reviews, so before my order arrived I was pretty skeptical - but the delivery was quicker than I thought (arrived within a week!). My order was sent in two packages and arrived on different days, but they told me this by email beforehand anyway. The clothes were also in great condition and fit well. The one negative is they have that kind of 'warehouse' smell when they arrive, but just put them in the wash and that smell goes:)
