I have been trying to contact a customer service person via email for two days with no response. I have not received an order that has been showing received. I also tried a live chat, but they want to charge you an initial one dollar charge then so much a month. I should not have to pay to voice a complaint. I am very upset by the lack of concern.

I got the wrong colour of pants and I have no clue which email to contact about this situation. It gives big coupons and reduction and it says in small print that you may have to pay customs... Multiple times... You will! And i'm from Canada, i learned that the customs are at least 40$ each time! It doesn't make up for all the reduced prices!

Garbage is what will be shipped to you. I ordered 1 sweater, came in split completely from one shoulder to the other, sent it back and gave them one more shot. The next sweater came in missing a sleeve, it was in the bag just not attached. Because it is my second return I have to pay for it. There is nowhere to even contact them, how convenient for them.

My teenage girls and I love ordering from Romwe! I like they have stylish clothes with an affordable price. We have not had any issues at all! Our orders are delivered very timely and the quality is good! I have even ordered some workout clothes for myself! They have great sales, and we look at the size chart before we order and it is very helpful. I highly recommend!
In May I ordered from that $#*!ty page (costed 30€) and yet I still have nothing! Apparently they sent it back to sender (them), at least delivery company in country said that to me. They own me 30€. I can't even contact them because they don't have any email/phone number. I hope someone will take that brand down.

They're basically a knock off version of Shein! Shein is a million times better when it comes to quality clothes! I ordered about 18 things and a lot of the clothes was baggy and big! I ordered everything in small and extra small but some of the stuff was really big! I was happy with some of the stuff don't get me wrong but most of the stuff just looked bad! I ordered a specific dress, it was like a tan color, I ordered a size small, and I tried it on, the dress was sooooooo baggy! It looked like a large! It was ridiculous! Their clothes are good price but the quality is $#*!ty! I would not recommend shopping here! Shein is way better! Shein NEVER disappointed me but Romwe certainly did!

I bought a $100 Visa gift card because I wanted to buy some clothes on Romwe, so I used the card to buy around 100 dollars worth of clothes, I cancelled the order because I didn't want the clothes anymore. I later found out that I got refunded for it, but it says I bought multiple orders when I didn't want to. I had to cancel all of the orders. All of the money was under that one Visa gift card, so it took all of my hard earned money. I extremely upset because I never got a refunded for the other orders. Lots of good quality clothes and cheap prices, but I really want my money back!: C

I ordered from this site about a month ago. I ordered a few cute sleep sets that I thought were the cutest things! I hadn't received my order a few weeks after ordering it, despite paying for rushed shipping. I contacted FedEx (who was shipping my package) and they told me to get in contact with my shipper to change my address. My address number is 2504, and because of my fat thumbs, I put in 2405. I could not find ANY possible way to even return the package from the shipping center it's at right now and now I'm out $50 and I'm strapped for paying my bills. I am so appalled by the way that this company chooses to handle shipping and customer service.

I don't recommend shopping from ROMWE, my first experience with them was very disappointing. I ordered two items since May and now we are on July and still haven't received anything yet. The tracking was useless. Their customer service is terrible. I sent them a message to get the answer about why I haven't received my order yet and I never heard back from them. I was planning to order more stuffs from there but now I would never use this site again or let my friends or family use it. It's a waste of time and money. I lost trust in them.

I have been using romwe for a few years now and have never had any unreasonable issues with the site or delivery untill this past month. I ordered a package on June 8th and haven't had a single update on the package since June 17th. When I try to track the package using the provided number it doesn't work. I have tried to Email them multiple times and have not gotten a response. Their " live customer support " robot is completely useless when you have an actual issue. This is frustrating because it is several weeks late and multiple packages I order after this one have been delivered.

Im extremely disappointed right now because i buy clothes from romwe often and they're usually always on par. The clothes are never amazing but always great for price! However they need to get it together when it comes to service!
1. They need to stop hiding behind the fact that they are over seas as to why they don't have contact info! Plenty of over seas companies have at the very least an emailing service!
2. They also need to stop sending clothes in several packages but at different times, now I have half of an order received and half not received!:
2 packages were sent out apparently on two different dates but the package that was sent out 1st came on the date that the second package was supposed to arrive, way after the first package's original arrival date. The second package never came, i never even received emails about it until they're little service bot robotically sent me the tracking number for that package and was telling me constantly that it was signed for/received! If it's a usps issue that's one thing but I cant even get anyone else to contact me anymore, they claim 24 hour wait times but that's a load of bs!
At this point i don't even want the items i'm missing i want a full refund for all 4 items missing and broken!
So time passes and i'm constantly going to the website and submitting new tickets because I refuse to not at least get a refund! Part of me thinks that they believe if they don't respond it'll just be let go, so I had to start utilizing all sorts of methods to get a reply! I even gave all negative reviews on the clothes i did order and i know they saw them because they were disproved! I finally got a response to my ticket and now i have to wait and see if they'll respond to my actual problem!
