I have been trying to contact a customer service person via email for two days with no response. I have not received an order that has been showing received. I also tried a live chat, but they want to charge you an initial one dollar charge then so much a month. I should not have to pay to voice a complaint. I am very upset by the lack of concern.

Tip for consumers:
They are difficult to reach concerning your order or complaint. They do not return emails.
