My daughter ordered a sweatshirt and a hoodie from this company. They look nothing like the pictures on their website and were child size. The sizing they provide bears no relation to reality. The hoodie just about fit our 8 year old. Also extremely cheap fabric and very poor quality - what a complete waste of money - you live and learn is all I can say! I really hope others do not waste their money.

I just ordered two dresses from Romwe for this thing I have to go to June 10th. When I showed my friend she told me this website was a sketchy Chinese places with bad quality clothing material and the shipping takes super long. Overall she said the website has a really bad reputation, so I decided to look at some reviews. I was kind of confused from the start because the dresses were so cheap. I ordered quite a few items from Romwe, and I wish I hadn't. Their sizes are really small, like their L seems more like a M. One of the knitted sweaters I ordered had really short arms, although the photos made them look normal, and it said that they were supposed to be long in the description.
It also takes forever to receive the stuff, and one of the items I ordered still hasn't showed up. I guess you get what you pay for, and shouldn't expect much more, but it is really annoying. Also no point in sending stuff back as they don't cover return and the individual items aren't that expensive.
Would not shop here again!

After having this website shown to me by my sister, I spent just over £200 on clothes, hoping to get my spring wardrobe sorted. I received an email from *******@romwe.com saying that they could not send me my paid for clothes unless I sent CONFIDENTIAL DOCUMENTS via email.
I politely replied saying that my card was a secure visa card, transactions are approved at point of sale, I didn't want to send pictures of my card and personal id (Because its shady to ask for them in the first place). I told them that if this wasn't good enough for them then they need to issue a refund, they have ignored this and keep asking me for confidential documents. They are refusing to ship my order and I have now had to cancel it. Such a shame, I am extremely disappointed. If I had spent an extreme amount of money I would maybe understand the need to verify my order, but when buying a new wardrobe, £200 isn't that much.
My biggest regret was recommending them to my friends.

I have to pay tax and customs fee for something that was less than $100 in value (before the insanely expensive shipping fee was added) and on their site they say they give refunds for that. I emailed them a few days ago but no reply. SHEIN always came through when I had a problem, I thought they were sister companies or something like that. Needless to say, ROMWE is an absolute disaster and if they don't reply even after this review, I'm not accepting the parcel so they will HAVE TO refund what I paid for. So disappointed.
I ordered a crossbody bag and some jewelry (hoop earrings to be exact). They weren't the best quality but I paid 12 dollars or something like that so I didn't expect much from it. Shipping took three weeks for me, I guess it just depends on what you order, the availability of the products and where you live. Personally I wouldn't order from them again.

I never leave reviews, but this site deserves one! I got so many great pieces for an evern better price! I placed my order January 16th, received my items January 22nd. I paid the extra for faster shipping, my total was $60 for a shirt, a dress, slippers, and two gorgeous necklaces... and that included the shipping! Everything I ordered is good quality and most importantly fits! Check the measurements when you order, that's my only advice. Awesome site, I'll continue ordering here for sure!
I recently made a purchase with Romwe just to order five items and considering it was quite a distance, it got delivered reasonably quick (a little over a week). However the clothing items weren't to size at all, despite even bothering to get a measuring tape out it didn't fit as comfortably as it looked. I've been trying to get through to customer service for a few days but it's been a nightmare and even with a reply, it wasn't useful/helpful at all.
Overall it was okay, I was very happy with the brush set but will only ever order from them again regarding accessories as clothing options are very minimal with the whole 'one size fits all'. I would love for this site to have a variety of sizes since they have some cool designs but with the way things are it's not worth it. Having to measure yourself for every item is very long and the prices aren't really that fab either.
Just want a more helpful customer service in order to sort out this mess.
Don't be hypnotized by the nice pictures and too low prices. This website will take your time and waste it. I ordered a lot of on March 20, it was processing for 3 days - ok, but today it is 31 of March and my tracking number tells me: "A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated." WHAT? I contacted UPS directly and they told me: "As per information available in our systems, we can confirm that this shipment has NOT been picked up yet. So I ordered two high waisted jeans from ROMWE, both them fit me well on the waist but they were too short. I am 5'7, I have long legs. These jeans do not even reach my ankle, they sit there in the middle of my calf. I also ordered a faux leather yellow jacket. First of all that was a bad choice of color for such a low quality faux leather. First of all the color(yellow) is not as dark as it appears on the site, making it a very yellow and cheap jacket. If y'all want to order the faux leather jacket, please don't get the brighter colors, get the darker colors. And also their clothes smell weird yoooo.

I ordered a sweatshirt in november to wear in winter and yet it took about a 6-7 weeks to finally receive it. On the website it said that the jumper was one size (and I'm not big, I'm 5''2 and only an 8-10 in UK) but the jumper was tiny. All this was ok i guess, I could always return it. I looked on their website for the return policy and it gave me a list of instructions. It was only then that i realised i hadn't been given a return form in with package. I'm 15 and the jumper was around £20 of my own money and i can't even return it? What.

Even though the prices are nice, absolutely nothing else is. The sizes are crazy, I'm a large in most things, and it seemed like everything I ordered was either too large or too small, regardless of what size it was supposed to be. The materials are very cheap, and the few things that actually fit will probably not last more than one wear. One shirt in particular says NOTHING about being cropped in the description but it isn't even long enough to cover my ta-tas. A dress I ordered can barely pass for a shirt. A blouse doesn't even cover any part of my chest. A "backless shirt" actually goes down to my mid thigh. Overall sizing makes no sense. It also took over a month for me to actually get the clothes, and when I asked a question and didn't reply to their reply, they cancelled my order on me. I just wanted what I ordered and I DEFINITELY DID NOT GET THAT.

I just recently bought the Apricot Long Sleeve Zipper Ruffle Jacket for my sister for her birthday, she absolutely loved it, how it fit, the way it looked and it was of very high quality. I really liked how fast the product came, fast delivery and the product looked exactly the way I expected it to look. I would definitely buy there again and will definitely recommend to my friends, family and colleagues.
TBH I was scared after seeing reviews that my stuff was not going to be how I expected to be. However it came in a week and a half to me here in the U.S. and it looks just like the picture. It also fits really nice. (Bottoms will be a bit snug). But I am willing to shop from here again.
I ordered about $100 worth of Romwe. It is a good store if you are trying to stay under budget. About 2/5 of the clothes I ordered didn't look like what they did in the picture. But while the other 3/5 fit my taste perfectly! $5 to return those things, and it was also quite hard to figure out the return stuff.
I didn't trust the store to get any pants, since I was guessing they wouldn't fit and it would take too long. I was right on both for the clothes I bought.
