So I had filled out my cart and then left the site because I half way through my purchase my cart randomly cleared due to some software bug I assume. Later on I received an email saying my cart was still full and I should come back.
I clicked on the link to complete my purchase but there was no field for coupon code because it was a different form from the regular purchase flow. I contacted customer service and they insisted I was wrong. Until finally they said because it was a completed cart I could not add a coupon code.
This site is horribly designed/made and customer service is uncourteous and inflexible.
I recently ordered a black blazer from Romwe.com. My Order number: RWABL*******. The transaction was so fast and easy and there were no problems with the order. I figured I would give it a shot and ordered a medium. I got my dress pretty quickly and I love it! It is very flattering and it can be worn by itself or with leggings or a cardigan or sandals or boots etc. Romwe is a great site for getting the latest fashion and the best prices. Also Easy to use this web site also very efficient service. Overall I had a great experience with this shop! I would buy again from you.
This place has very cute clothes but I ordered my clothes more than 20 days ago and they still have not arrived or even shipped. I am not sure if it is a scam or what but I need my clothes asap for a trip to Atlanta for a convention. I think it is a very shaddy site. I wish I read the reviews before ordering.

I ordered my clothes about two weeks ago and got them in today. I ordered 2 rompers and 3 dresses. I am absolutely in love with the two rompers, and one of the dresses came in as a romper, which is a little strange, but whatever! One of the dresses I purchases is 4 sizes to big on me. It looks nothing like the picture does and is just overall strange. I am pleasantly surprised with the quality of the clothes after reading the reviews. I probably won't order from here again, but it was worth it this time!
I ordered a swim suit for my daughter on May 8. I should have received it May 25th at the latest. On June 5th, I emailed them and got an answer telling me to check with my local post office. If my post office had it, they would deliver it. On June 11, I let them know I still didn't have it, so they told me it was lost in shipping, and refunded me, saying I could reorder it. Today, 6/19, it shows me that the original suit isn't even shipped yet (lost. Riiiiight.) and they've raised shipping fees so it would cost me more money to reorder it. Nope. I'm waiting the 10-20 days (with this company, that likely translates into 45 days) for the refund to my card. I ordered the SAME swim suit on amazon for a penny more. Save yourself the hassle.

The stuff on this site has taken forever to arrive. I ordered pants and a necklace a while ago and nothing has arrived yet. ROMWE made finding the perfect homecoming dress easy and hassle free. I was able to order a dress on this site for less than half price I would have paid anywhere else. The shipping was super fast, so I had plenty of time to try on the dress before the dance. The dress fit perfectly and I loved the material. I was so impressed with the dress, I ended up ordering shoes for the dance from ROMWE as well. The shoes looked fantastic with my homecoming dress. They too were shipped fast, which was great. Despite the fact I'd procrastinated in purchasing the homecoming outfit, I was able to see how I looked in the outfit a week in advance of the dance. I wouldn't of been able to make that deadline had I used another online shopping site.

I ordered jeans on the 29th of November and not had an email till the 20th of December to say they had been delivered which was an utter lie, I checked with neighbours my door step etc... I had got an email at 11.07 PM which is quite strange as nothing would be delivered at such a late time... I called the carrier which it was presumably to come in and they dont have my package, they only have the label. I ordered 13 days ago and need it by the 20th mind you I ordered the 5th. This is terrible. Do not trust this site.

Ordered £40 worth of stuff from Romwe. The quality of the fabrics was awful and cheap and we were missing an item.
The packaging was horrendous. Half the stuff didn't fit and that which did was very awkward and sat weirdly. I ordered a hat and it arrived bent and out of shape.
Also the sizing is completely misleading. I ordered a size medium jeans and my friend is a UK size 6 it DIDNT FIT HER. A medium!
It's a con and waste of money. You're better off ordering from eBay it's cheaper and will probably arrive faster

There's strict quality assurance before each product is packed and shipped. As our clothes are measured manually, there maybe a difference of 2-3cm in size but that is considered as reasonable error. If there exist a big difference, would you like to send some pics of the measurements of shoulder, bust and length for us to have a check?
For the hat item, it might be effected by the press from the other packages during transportation. We will be more cautious about packing the items like this before shipping to avoid this matter.

So I found this really cute sweatshirt with an alien on it on this site, and fell in love with it. After carefully measuring myself due to the sites measurements of the sweatshirt to be absolutely sure it'll fit. After coming to the conclusion that it'll fit, I ordered it! When I got it today (9/10/16) It doesn't fit me at all. Like it can fit a preteen for sure, not for a woman like me. While I'm well aware that I'm overweight and have big boobs, I still had hope that this hoodie will fit me nicely. Romwe should seriously consider changing the sizing of the one size, since one size does NOT fit all. If you're gonna make it one size, at least make it a size everyone can wear comfortably. I love Romwe, but probably not going to trust their one size clothing items after this.

Half of these reviews are fake saying how excellent their customer quality is. What a load of rubbish. I have never felt the need to review something before now but DO NOT waste your money! Ordered over $100 worth of clothes, paid for express shipping its now week 3 and after tracking my order its not even on it's way. PLUS when I emailed I got an automated response saying I could no longer contact this email and there are no other contact details on the site so will never be able to track them down.

Romwe offers super cute clothes at super great prices, but no more than that. Shipping is on the slow side. Sizes run REALLY small and REALLY inconsistent. I'm in the USA; I wear a ladies M/L ALWAYS. I ordered up a size (XL) whenever it was available (rarely is) and I am still sending it all back. To make things even worse, you have to pay for the return. I'm extremely disappointed and I will not shop this site again.

My first time ordering from this site was a mess. I got my order 2 months later and 2 of the times I had to change bc they were out of stock after the package was sent back for "wrong address" so it wasn't fair. When I finally got my package I was pretty satisfied with the clothes. Size are a bit small and one was medium and fit like a small that I had to give away. But still enjoyed it just tought it wasn't worth the 2 month wait! I placed an order on July 28. Everything was going smoothly and it seemed to be shipped. Until, today I went onto the app to check my order status and I was logged out. This is super weird because I have never been logged out before. So I went to log in and realized I didn't know my password. I hit the reset password button and I got the email.
