I have always been sceptical about ordering anything online. Especially clothing. ROMWE has put me off for life. After spending all of my birthday money ($200) on this site there are only 3 items out of the 10 I ordered that I can keep. The quality is terrible, the sizing is disgraceful. I ordered a "coat" when it arrived I was absolutely disgusted, it was a square piece of material with 2 badly cut out holes that weren't evenly cut, the stitching is terrible, the only thing it would be good for is scrap material & I paid $20 for it. My own fault I guess... I should have read the review 1st. "Lesson learnt"
First and for SURE last time buying from ROMWE. Still waiting for my order and since May 21st no updates on your website or FedEx. It says that it has shipped but on FedEx it says only the label is made.

I was just wondering what's going on with my stuff, I ordered it about 2 weeks ago and have only received one package which contained just jeans. Worst experience shopping on this site! Was excited to receive package, however once recieved sizings were out of whack! Quality is okay but when following sizing chart and ordering my correct measurements of my size, apparently it's 3cm out!?!?!?! I just ordered two dresses from Romwe for this thing I have to go to June 10th. When I showed my friend she told me this website was a sketchy Chinese places with bad quality clothing material and the shipping takes super long. Overall she said the website has a really bad reputation, so I decided to look at some reviews. I was kind of confused from the start because the dresses were so cheap. The reviews made me really worried that the clothes wouldn't come in time or would be bad quality, too small, or way different from the picture. I was really counting on this because I loved the dresses. Someone tell me if this was really worth it or if I should start looking for a new dress.

MY ORDER: I ordered from Romwe on May 14th and I just received my order about an hour ago today(May 23rd). I had gotten a little worried after reading other reviews about the quality of peoples items but when I opened mine I was relieved. Out of the 6 clothing items I ordered they all fit me perfectly and there is only 1 item that I didn't like the material of, but after I washed it and got some of the stiffness out it was better.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: I received excellent customer service when I had a question about my order. I got a response within a few hours.
DELIVERY: My order was delivered by DHL. Which is a company that I have never heard of before but they have a great detailed tracking system for orders.
I am very happy with my experience with Romwe.

I got three of my items which I'm not complaining about the fabric, I got what I expected and I loved my romper but I ordered 139 dollars worth of clothes and hey were shipped in 2 packages, well one wasn't even shipped yet
I really would like to get my clothes soon considering it was so much money and they are taking forever, I will probably get my clothes after school is over.

I ordered 5 shirts and 1 pair of shorts, and the shirts were nice. Yet, the shorts were waaaaaay to small, and, the button holes were to small! I think that that is a way to cheap way to produce clothing. In the picture, the buttons fit great. Not so much on the actual product. I would order from ROMWE again, but always order a size bigger than what you need.

OK So I ordered around $250 aud worth of stuff, for the first time I didn't read the reviews of this website and after placing my order i read the reviews and I was devo. I ordered several different items from this site and nothing except a T-shirt and kimono fit. I wear size 12 US/14 UK and got XL and couldn't even get the skirts over my knees and the dresses didn't even get over my shoulders. The sizes are all super small Chinese sizes so be warned. I had to send everything back and pay £18!. The earrings I got were nice, so for accessories it is fine, but unless you wear a size 6 forget it!

I ordered 8 items of clothing from Romwe and was soo eagerly awaiting the delivery. I was soo extremely disappointed to find EVERY SINGLE item was a cheap CHINESE version of what was displayed on their website. BEWARE, this is just another asian website trying to scam people into believing they sell good quality clothes. All the clothes were almost see through, and were made from the cheapest of materials. They looked nothing like what the picture looked online. Spend the extra few dollars and shop elsewhere. I have never been more disappointed with an online shop.
