So I order of couple things from them and I recieved a package with only 2 of my items. I don't know why my clothes are being shipped separately. It took forever to get them and still haven't gotten the rest; one of the shirt I got looked like $#*!. It looked like a 3 year old made it and it was NOTHING like the picture. Don't even bother wasting your time and money on them. They don't even have a customer service number. Shadey right?
I ordered one skirt about a week ago! I tracked my shipment and it is not even in my state yet. It didn't take long for my order to ship, but it is taking a long time for it to arrive at my front door. I don't know if i will ever order from rowme.com again. Hopefully the skirt looks like what it looked like online.

I was sceptical of ordering after reading so many bad reveiws so I only ordered one sale item. I placed my order on the 17th, it was shipped on the 18th and i just got a call from the couriers to say they will be delivering it today (22nd). That is faster than I've gotten some orders from sites everyone raves about! Im not to worried about the quality, after all its only a $16 sweater. You find things a little iffy at stores that still ask $80! So go for your life, make the order!

I'm very disappointed. I ordered a lot of stuff given the 60% off first order advertisement. I mostly ordered swimsuits and NONE of them fit properly. I ordered a size small in all of them and every one of the pieces are sized completely different. I've reached out to ROMWE three times now to see what it would take to get these items returned and get refunded, but haven't heard back from ANYONE. In my opinion I would say steer clear of this website and just PAY the money to get the cute and dependable stuff at a well known department store where you are certain you are getting the quality. I wish I would have read reviews BEFORE ordering.

I found this website from Instagram and looked through some of their clothing and prices & thought okay, I'll get some things from here. We ordered on May 31st with express shipping and it's now June 12th. I ordered these clothes for a vacation & we leave on the 25th. So I'm a bit worried if they're going to be here before then. When I check 'My orders' it has been saying processing ever since. After reading some of these reviews, I'm even more worried. We spent $129 so I'm just wanting to receive my clothes. If I could please get a response back as to where my clothes are and when they'll get to me would be lovely.
Shein and Romwe are both asking me to send photos of my government id passport and credit card, i called paypal and my credit card company they said this is very concerning that an online merchant is asking for such photos. Romwe gave me a refund on paypal because i refused, however shein has not given me a refund BEWARE you might not get your clothes or your refund

I ordered 4 items from this website and it says "allow 6-10 business days to ship" it has been 15 days and the tracking still says pre-shipment and the postal service said they did not even receive a package to ship. The live chat was no help whatsoever said the same thing over and over again and wouldn't answer my questions. I spent $95 in purchases on this site and paid for express shipping. I never received my package - the shipping company said they attempted to deliver but I was never contacted or left any notification slip. I have a concierge in my building who receives deliveries for me and they did not receive my order either. The shipping company said they returned the shipment to the seller.
I contacted Romwe to resend the items back to me as I confirmed with the shipping company that they had in fact received (and signed for) the returned shipment. However, Romwe told me I would need to re-pay express shipping charges for it to be sent to me. I said that I would like a refund instead and they responded by saying that they can only refund me 50% for an order I never received because 'the package would be destroyed' once it was returned to them. What does that even mean? They signed for the returned package!
This company is absolute garbage and a complete scam. DO NOT BUY FROM ROMWE.

I don't know why people are having a issue with romwe i did my first purchase about a couple of weeks agao i order a hoodie i order it in a 1x because ordering from a different country no matter how little you are i think you should still order about 2 sizes up to get the right size you want on top of things i accidentally give them my wrong address and i still got my package communication was good everytime i sent them a email they contacted me back i can't wait to order more and this is a real review bought my item with my own hard earn money
