I didn't have a ton of experience with Romwe, I just know I placed an order and then cancelled it within the same day due to reasons of my own, I placed a ticket and on the dot, they responded within 24 hours, asked if they could remedy the problem and when I said no, they immediately responded again within another 24 hour period and cancelled my order. They issued the refund after three business days and I will be checking for my refund this weekend periodically to see when it arrives. So far I have had no problems with the customer service department, and I hope to receive my refund in full with no other problems.
As I experienced, this shop is one of the best shops I have ever dealt with. The collection of Romwe is huge and with top quality. They have unique collection and I really love their exceptional design. Their concepts to design the clothes and the stuffs impressed me. I often buy trendy and fashionable stuffs, and Romwe has a remarkable collection of such stuffs. I bought a blue dress which was awesome, even the hollow floral crochet batwing tassels apricot blouse I bought from here fitted on me perfectly. The shipping was fast, and delivered on the same day they mentioned. I liked their packaging style which was safe. As expected, it was a smooth deal and outstanding experience with Romwe. I will definitely buy again from this store and will recommend them to anyone.
Clothes are okay, but I didn´t received all of them in my order an never got my money back for the missing clothes. The customer service wasn´t helpful. The prices may seem tempting but the clothes and problems aren´t worth your money. I recommend you to stay away from this shop.
I'm nervous about my order RWZLY*******, I can't seem to find any updates on the whereabouts of my package-even when I enter the tracking number into the FedEx site. I keep reading all these horrible reviews about how the quality of their clothing sucks and it takes forever to ship orders. Plus people are saying the sizing is waaaay off. I'd just like to know when my order will be arriving, I'm already bracing myself for disappointment.
At first I thought that this site was awesome was awesome because of how cheap it was but surely I thought wrong. Yes you get what you paid for which is a reasonable excuse but I ordered a dress and pair of boots from there recently and first of all my "dress" wasn't a dress at all... it was supposed to be a plaid dress but it was literally just a shirt and there was absolutely no way that I could wear that $#*! as a dress. And 2! I ordered the boots and yes they fit my feet perfectly but it they would NOT go over my calf's I would not recommend buying any boots from there simply because of the fact that it is not for women with larger calf's I mean i did manage to zip it up but it was such a struggle and the zipper got stuck anyways so all in all just don't take your chances peeps.

I placed an order about a month ago and when I sent an emailing inquiring about where it is they told me they sent it to the WRONG COUNTRY... and now after spending $100 they are not sending me my clothes or refunding me my money. As the tracking info suggests, the package arrived in Oman on Mar 12th, however the delivery address was insufficient, thats why it’s kept on hold.
As we discussed in the emails, you accidentally choose the wrong country (it’s supposed to be the United States, instead you selected Oman) while ordering, and later you provided a correct address in the response.
We are contacting our courier to see if they could change the delivery address and transport your package to your country.
At the same time, would you please contact their office in USA with the tracking number? This might speed up the entire process, i’m a little worried it would get returned, then it would cost a lot to make the redelivery…

Yep, one star. I also felt for the 5 star bull_t. Not only transportation took literally 2 months from China to Central Europe, but this honestly the crappiest quality of clothes I have ever seen. It makes H&M seem haute couture. Not to mention the sizes. Guys, I am 1.72m and 58 kilos. I bought the shirts in M. In Europe these would be XS! They're supper tight on me and my belly is sticking out like I'm wearing a crop top. Try at your own risk, but I've learned that if it seems too good to be true, stay away.

Hearing so many horror stories about shipping, quality and products not even arriving, I was starting to regret ordering from Romwe. I ordered 2 Print T-shirts and a hoodie, as I feel like buying jeans, dresses or other products that require high quality is too much of a risk. It took 7 days to arrive as delivery stated and easy-to-understand tracking on the Romwe website put my mind at ease that my clothes wouldn't evaporate into a black void after paying. Both t-shirts came perfect, exactly as shown in image and the hoodie was also perfect. I think you need to choose carefully, it's great for t-shirts, hoodies and some jumpers, but i'd buy jeans and dresses from more reliable retailers. Hope this helped!
I recently ordered two items from Romwe and I paid $13 for express shipping and the guidelines of express shipping are 3-5 business days. My order arrived over 7 business days after I ordered the item. I contacted Romwe several times to try and get the shipping information to track my order and they "assured me" that my order was on the way but provided me with no other information. I continued to contact the company several times before the order came in and each time they failed to resolve the issue. Finally, when the order came in, I contacted Romwe to let them know how late I received my order and they informed me that they thought it arrived in a reasonable amount of time. I have tried several times now to work something out with their customer service, but they are not very accomadating at all! I will no longer be doing business with Romwe.

So there's a bunch of mixed (extreme) reviews but I'll be realistic! I ordered like 3 or 4 items, all tops (t shirt, button up shirt, and coat, all one size fits all) they were a cheap material, but I personally like that. They're light and thin and silky (although they make that swish sound a littke bit). Everything fit me a bit big, which I wanted. I love the loose fit. I'm an American small-medium. Yes, the shipping is slow, but is it really thw worst thing? Everything came eventually so I can wait an extra week or 2. It took 20 somwthing days to come to the US. I'm overall very happy and will be shopping there again. I would just be careful with pants and stuff that have to be a specific fit to work :)
I'm actually really disappointed. I've received my order last week and nothing fits right. I bought a onesize hoodie who can fit me if I was a 5 years old kid (no joke!.) and the other articles doesn't look and fit like what i've order. Honestly, it's was my first and last time shopping at Romwe.

Ordered pants which were torned from the side. I pod shipping cost plus insurance cost. And when I checked for return it says we need to pay shipping cost which they won't reimburse! That's unfair for any customer who paid already extra for the product and company ask to pay more cz of their own fault!!!
You have to understand from the get go when ordering from ROMWE that it is going to take longer to ship than you're probably used to. Allow about 2-3 weeks for processing and shipment so you have a realistic expectation of a time frame for receiving your items. Always check the size chart for each individual item, and just like any other store still expect some things not to fit properly, but they do accept returns so it really isn't an issue. Also when puchasing take the price of the items into consideration, you aren't going to be getting super high quality, but the quality is ok to good. Somewhere along the lines of forever21 and h&m. I have made several purchasea from ROMWE and been very happy. If you set your expectations correctly you will have a good experience as well.
I checked my email a few minutes ago to see that I had apparently purchased 4 dresses from Romwe that I had added to my cart yesterday! I had not even entered my paypal information NOR do I even have an online account with them! I made an account with the email that I received a receipt from and went to "my orders" and it says that I have not placed any orders. Romwe will not respond! Should I take legal action?

A while ago I ordered several items from this website and I’ve been very satisfied. The shipping time was within 30 days as promised, and the package was well wrapped. I did have some things tos end back but that was because the item wasn’t really my styel after all. Sometimes it’s a risk to buy online when I’m unsure about certain fashion items. The price was excellent, much cheaper than I would buy here in The Netherlands! Thank you, I will be back!
So as a trendy 17 year old and being broke lot of the time I ordered my friends birthday present from here. Honestly I spend $30 and was surprised at firstly how quickly it came, so from what I have discovered if you live in the Eastern side of Australia the shipping seems to be pretty good time wise. Clothing came within say a week.
The quality wasn't fantastic however I brought 5-6 items and expected this, essentially clothing this cheap don't spend in baulk sending yourself broke. When buying stuff from here be careful never spend more than you're willling to sacrfice.
This store is very hit or miss so just be careful when purchasing anything cheap.

On the website it says that it already has been delivered and when I look up the tracking number - it says that it hasn't even been to my citys logistic center.
