So I ordered three things from this website and none of them have arrived yet. I ordered the things on the 3rd of March and it is the 18th now. My friend told me that she buys stuff from here and it takes 1 - 2 weeks to get to you. Let me tell you right now, this is not the case. It is getting close to over 2 weeks and I an very angry with the time it has taken for me to get my $60 or so worth of clothing. Their website never gets updated, always says processing on my order. UPDATE THE WEBSITE! It is ridiculous for customers not to know when they're going to get their clothes. Don't shop here unless you are extremely patient. Probably never going to shop here again (depends on clothing quality). Honestly I would rather go to Ebay, and that's saying something.
I discovered Romwe through YouTube and decided to try it out, I have ordered 3 orders with them and have been satisfied with the service! I love my dress and two piece outfit both are good quality and are so cute and worth the price! I ordered two other dresses but wasn't 100% happy with them because they didn't look as I imagined them but the return was very easy and I got a full refund quickly so I was happy about that. Lastly I ordered a very cute backpack for $10 and it ms perfect! Very well made and just as seen on the website I would buy from here again!
ROMWE is horrible! There is not telling when u will get your items and when you ask customer service about it they just tell u wait 3-5 days and it shall be shipping out. I've been waiting for an order for over a month and still no tracking number & no help from customer service. My status has been stuck in "urging shipment" since they took the money out my account. It's amazing how quick they take your money but slack on delivering your product & doesn't give you any help with order. I would advise to DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I ordered a winter jacket and wore it 3 times before I put it on again and when putting my arm in the sleeve i heard a tear and the jacket teared in 3 spots by the shoulder. Customer service was horrible and said a branch caused it. They do not stand by their product and no one should ever order from this cheap, faulty site

I wish I had read the reviews before I bought from this site. Ordered over $170 worth of clothing from Romwe. Paid through paypal and money was taken out of my account. After 24 hours when my order hadnt been shipped I contacted them to ask about the delay, they replied to say they hadnt received the payment. After 3 weeks, I still have no items that i purchased, they havent been shipped, even after i have showed them proof that the items had 100% been paid for. They're trying to say there system doesnt show the payment, well obviously there is something wrong with there system. So annoyed, and i was going to order a further $400 worth of clothes, well safe to say i will taking my business elsewhere where im actually going to get what i paid for.

I usually wear S-M, i ordered M for my pants and S and M for my shirts. Everything fits perfect on me
Delivery was a little late but because i had a item which was soldout, and that is why it takes more time than others.

DO NOT shop from this place. I ordered three items: High-waisted denim skirt, Scalloped skinnies, and high waisted denim shorts. It took nearly two weeks for their items to get here. When I finally received the items today, I opened the items and there came a very plastic-y chemical smell which was awful. Two out of the three items had buttons but no holes for the buttons! It was the denim skirt and the scalloped skinnies that didnt have the holes. I can't even wear these. Do not make this mistake like I did.

I secretly bought her one of the dresses and was surprised to be given a massive discount, 54% to be exact! I then received some great service from the romwe.com team as I told them this was the first time I was buying women's clothing. They helped me out and I got Louise the present she wanted.

This review is not about the product. I have not received my items so I cannot make a review, yet. The website says 5-7 business days, it has been 15 business days since my order was placed and I still have not received it. They provide you with a tracking number so you are able to track it. I live in CA. My item started in LA, traveled to China, back to LA, now is in NY!? Costumer service is not very helpful. They basically just told me where my item was and that I can follow it with the tracking number. So far, I am very very unhappy! I recommend you don't purchase anything you would like to wear soon.

What a great collection of clothes and the color of the clothes are really mind-blowing. Just 6 days ago, I bought a dress from Romwe and when i wore this all of my friend praised about the color and quality of the dress. Some of my friends took from me the address of the Romwe. Among those friends one of my friends already bought a dress. The price of the dress of Romwe is really great cheap.
Correction on the 4 star rating... they don't even deserve 1 star! Terrible customer Service... they don't even bother to answer emails... no phone number to call... learned my lesson the hard way! So to start off I would like to say that I recieved one great item which was the black mock neck dress, love the material. And on to the bad items... I bought a black one piece swimsuit in a small and typically swimsuits stretch but jokes on me because this swimsuit was was too small to be a small. Second, I got a grey t-shirt dress in a small & this thing fits like a large, like why? Third, I received a white beautiful one piece swimsuit and yet again I am let down because the material in the front is great but the back sucks you can see right through it. I mean it's a bathing suit shouldn't the company know better? But it's okay I'm going to use the white bathing suit as a body suit & throw on some shorts over it. Last I got a blue backless one piece and the straps are way too stretchy so that is an accident waiting to happen. All in all not really happy & won't be shopping there again.

I currently have 2 orders from Romwe that have supposedly been shipped. The first one is worth 230$ so I could get free EXPRESS shipping. The package was shipped out May 11th and for the past 2 weeks it says my package was in Transit to Canada. Well today, that update has disappeared and now says it is at a sorting facility in SHENZHEN.
After trying multiple times speaking on their 24 hour service, I have gotten nowhere. Everytime I try to chat with someone now it says my "internet connection is bad and to try again later". Both my orders total around 500$ and I am not getting nay help on knowing where they are.
