I ordered from this site some clothes and accessories for my sister, she is 14. First I thought that the clothes wouldn't fit her, and that she would be able to wear them after a couple of months. And I had some doubts about the quality of the material and about shipping time. I was also worried about the damages made by shipping.The shipping took approximately 4 weeks, but I was satisfied because I expected to arrive in 2 or 3 months. About the material: As i hoped it was high quality one, and the shipping didn't damaged the clothes. I think that this is one of the best sites!

My poor Mum who is 84 ordered a dress for my sons wedding, she doesn't go out and ordered it on line. When it eventually arrived it was 2 sizes too small. They are offering a refund of 10%. She only has her pension and cannot afford to waste £100 on a dress. She now cant afford to buy another dress and has a dress which is the wrong size.
Unfortunately I hadn't read the reviews on here but if I had I wouldn't have ordered the dress.
They are a scam and I want to shut their website down so this doesn't happen to anyone else but not sure how to go about it.! I'm not giving up though so will keep trying. They are a disgrace and take money under false pretence.

I liked romwe, it didn't take to horribly long to come in but obviously it took a while coming from a foreign country. I estimated it to take a month and I believe it came in faster than that. The products are a little cheap (but I mean for the prices, that makes since!) but still good enough to wear. I like my swimsuits! But the bottoms are a little to small. I normally wear a medium top & large bottom so I just ordered a large and the top was a little to big and bottoms a little to small, but fits enough to where I can still wear it! Will buy from them again.

I bought some clothes from the romwe site. My first online shopping experience and I am not going to try this EVER again. The only dress that was packaged correctly was the flowly dress which also luckily due to its flowly nature fit. The rest, I choose M as I knew my size and chart confirmation.The jumpsuit came stinky and clingy and fit so HORRIBLY I got confused and decided to try the dress. That did not even close. It was better off being described as an S or XS. I received my goods 20days later and have to return them before the 30 days is next to impossible being a continent away. I am stuck with clothes that do not fit and cannot return on time :(

I ordered from this sight about a week and a half ago and my order had just been received. Was supposed to come max 5 days. Now the clothes are finally here 1) the jeans I ordered are WAY too small and weird shape (not at all like on the website) 2) one of the tops I ordered was HUGE 3) the other top is not the material as the picture and too big also. The clothes look nothing, and I mean nothing, in person like they do online. I bought a skirt that looked really cute for a size 3 teenager online. I ordered a small. I got a 6T. I also ordered a one-size-fits-all sweater that looked nice and slouchy online. In person? You could make extra cash on the street corner if the need arises. In conclusion, if the price seems too good to be true, it is. Oh yeah, you practically have to jump through hoops to return items to Romwe, god forbid. I have returned my items for over a month now, and I still have not gotten my refund yet. I contacted them. They wanted my tracking address just to be sure I wasn't lying about shipping the items back to them. They got back to me and said they'd look at it. Now they're telling me they'll put the money back into "my wallet" so I can spend money next time with them again, but I stated that I will no longer do business with such a business. They the irresponsible. If I never said anything, they would have never given me my money back. But STILL they still insist on wasting my time in trying to put my money into their "wallet" so I can use it again. I have ordered a sun glass from romwe.com. I was pleased with their services very much. They processed my order very fast and shipped my product on time. They delivered my product in time they mentioned.
I ordered two shorts and three shirts. The fabric for the shirts is polyester and kind of cheap but they were very cute. For the shirts order a size above your normal size. The shorts on the other hand were very cute, the fabric was good but the stitching is very delicate. I usually where a large on the bottom and after reading the reviews I decided to order up and get an XL just to be safe. The XLs fit but are still a little small. I am six foot tall and they are not too short like most shorts I buy (: I would recommend buying from here, just order two sizes up to make sure they fit properly.
