I bought a coat from ROMWE and it took a month to get to me. I wasn't that worried about it however because it was actually for the next season. What makes me mad is they sent me the wrong size! I contacted the customer service and told them this and the size I ordered is sold out. I asked if they could send me a shipping label so I can send it back but they refused and told me they would refund me just %20 of my purchase and that I should give the coat to someone else. Huh? Why should I do that? I paid for a item. They sent the wrong one. Now they won't send me a refund or a shipping label. Why do I need to be out money on THEIR error... not mine! Good grief. Buyer beware. If they send you the wrong item they won't make it right. Won't be buying from them again. Customer service is non existent.
I bought £45 worth of clothes expecting nice looking tumblr clothes and they turn up 10X too big,, one of the pair of shorts were broken,, one completely different to what it looked like on the site,, my two peice I ordered was a complete different material as shown on the picture,, it was squidgy and felt like a sponge. I will not be ordering from here again.

I bought a floral shirt on romwe.com. I was looking for that kind of shirt for a long time and i finally found it on the site! It is perfect and exactly what i wanted. The shirt will be the perfect addition to my summer wardrobe and will certainly be an eye-catcher! :) The sizing was perfect. It fits just right and was true to size! The fabric that was used is very soft and feels luxurious! It has a nice and unique cut and was made of a high quality considering the awesome price! Romwe has awesome customer service!
Hello, I order something on Sep. 11 from the romwe website, I then got an email saying that my address was wrong and my order will be returned to the sender and I change my address to a new one but I haven't gotten a package or I haven't gotten my money back. I was wondering how I can get my package or a refund?
The first time I ordered from this site for $51 and the order came in a month. The second order for $56 came in two weeks! This is a miracle! The quality is excellent, however, not all products correspond to the dimensional grid indicated on the site. In general, this is the best site from which I usually order things!
I ordered a coat, I ordered from UK and the delivery was quite fast however when I received it the quality was nothing like the picture, the wool was really poor and the fitting was awful! I was unfortunately unable to return? So I will not be shopping here again!

Extremely Poor Quality Clothing from China, very thin jackets feel like they are made out of felt. Do NOT shop here or you WILL be ripped off. Not fun. Poor Service, wasted my money.
Shipping fee's are extremely expensive to send back to china, Minimum of $30.
There is no contact number to talk to anyone and the procedure to return is a long tedious one. I've wasted so much time and money trying to return this item, then once I got to the post office to send it back, they told me the price. I had just had enough.

It would help if the appearance of the clothing were more like the images represented within the preveiw. Also, the condition in which the clothing is delivered is sometimes horrifying as the shoes I ordered had faded white lines going across them. It would help to come in a more presentable way. Other than that C+.

I ordered a dress for an event 3 weeks in advance. The site says I should recieve in 7-10 business days... after 3 weeks I get an email stating my dress is taken by customs. I request a refund and that since it would arrive too late and I did not want it anymore to cancel the order. I ordered a total of 7 bathing suits. 6 of them were mediums/larges and they did not fit me as they were extremely small. I am a very slim 20 year old girl with 32DD boobs and size 25 waist. None of the tops OR bottoms fit me. Just a warning that their sizes are not typical U.S. sizes and run very small. Their customer service was great though and allowed me to return the items and gave me a full refund.

-The clothes were all pretty good and matched the actual sizing charts
-They looked identical to the photo displayed
Cons:
-They had a very strong chemical smell when first out of the package (but went away after a wash)
