I got 2 sisters and i am the oldest. Both of them use romwe but this was my first time using them as my sisters referred them to me and i gave a try and yes my sisters was so true about them. They do sell products on low rate and quality of the products are great. Will recommended them to anyone who looking for quality products on low budget.
I bought 2 dresses and three shirts. The design was the one that I choose but the quality is horrible, the dresses were not the color that I wanted but they still send me two different colors.
I returned the full package and I NEVER got my money back nor I got an answer from them.
There is no customer service, they are auto-replay emails.
I was a bit hesistant ordering from Romwe and was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and product received. I ordered a beautiful V Neck Sleeveless Ruffle dress for my wife who had to attend a special event. The dress arrived on time, well packaged and as described. We are very pleased with the quality and style of the dress and it fits my wife perfectly. Their customer service person provided a speedy and efficient service in answering all of my questions before I placed my order. For the price and quality of the dress, I'm very satisfied!
I order 10 items and only received 3.The items I received are decent for the price. According to their package, they sent them all so they said they had to check with their warehouse and to give them 2-4 days which I have. I have been back and forth sending them pictures but it has not been resolved. Still waiting to hear back from them. I just want a refund.

The site has a fake US number, but has certainly no physical address in the US. There is no company address on the website. You even don't know what country that gang operates from.
I don't believe that they are scammers, but buyers have a right to know where goods are shipped from.
It is very hard for anyone to impress me but for the online fashion shopping experience I love ROMWE.com as an online shopper you will agree that biggest fear to wish for an on time delivery and for the right product like posted on the website.

I was trying to order some clothes from their app store which said that you get a 60% off your first app order. When I applied the coupon code the amount was not reduced and when I contacted them their answer was that the 60% was from the retail price and not the price listed on their website. This was not stated anywhere in their advertisment. I am Very disappointing on their deceiving advertisements! Will not be ordering from there

When I first ordered from Romwe, my expectations were low considering that it is a very cheap, online, Asian website and because lots of the reviews on here were horrible. My order only took less than two weeks to arrive, which is incredible considering it is coming all the way from Asia. I ordered three shirts and one bag, and I did not think they would come the way the looked in the pictures. I ordered some things from this site just 2 days ago, Aug 2 worth about 330 dollars and I received a mail this morning saying i have to send a picture of my credit card and my ID. I don't understand why I have to send a photo of my credit card and ID especially when the said amount has already been deducted from my account. I ordered 4 dresses on romwe and i was insecure about the sizes with all the bad reviews. All i can say is follow the size chart! Im usually a Medium size in canada. I took all my mesures and following the chart i ordered 1 small, 1 medium and 2 dresses in L. Guess what they all fit! All you have to do is follow the chart even if its annoying! About quality you get what you pay for. One of them add some small white spots. I thought it was dust but i cant wash it its like bleach.
So the important thing is: DONT FORGET TO USE TE SIZE CHART!
Ah and yes i paid 24$ extra for clearance process.
Overall its a 3 stars for the unexpected 25$ and the bleach spots
