Recently bought a few items from Romwe and was quite satisfied with most of the things i bought because the sizing fit. However, the quality of some of the pieces are atrocious and one of the tops had a different print from the image online... was quite disappointed.
Some says bad some says good and still i gave it a try but didn't found anything bad with there products they sell product on low price but the quality is not bad its good enough. I ordered a dress for my wife and she said the quality is good and after hearing the price of the product she was like how the price can be that low as the quality is standard.

Ya i have taken there service many times and yes i found them the best in what i look for. Always came with the thing that i always think of. Great thing about them is they always do what they say nothing less or more. They always kept the promise and I will say yes go for there service you will not regret
UPDATE: I messaged them on their response below and have yet to hear back... IF I ever do.
So for the skirts, keep in mind THEY WILL NOT HAVE SLITS FOR THE BUTTONS. I ordered the skirt with buttons down the front that SHOWS there are holes for the buttons, but there are not. I literally just got a piece of fabric.
I emailed customer service and they told me to cut my own... If I could add pictures on here I would. It's absolutely ludicrous. In their words, "How about you cut holes?" Do you want me to sew up all of my clothes as well? I didn't pay for a piece of fabric, I paid for a skirt.
I'm giving them 2 stars because the order was actually faster than I was expecting. Everything is cheap, but keep in mind there's a reason for that. I ordered most of the stuff I liked a size bigger based on the comments and most of them worked, except for a skirt and shirt.
Their clothes are very cheap but some things actually worked. It's a gamble here, so good luck!

I ordered a gorgeous dress from ROMWE and when it arrived it was just like the picture. The colors were accurate and it fit perfectly. The material and texture were decent and placing the order was easy. The dress arrived on time and it was in perfect condition. I will definitely order more dresses now that I know how it works and that the dresses are of high quality.
I am very disappointed in this online clothing website. I went on and ordered 2 pairs and trousers and a bikini. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CITE!
I am a small size 10 and ordered a 12 just in case they didn't fit. These trousers are VERY small in size and made of a horrible material. They had no holes for the button to go through and do not look anything like the pictures they put online to demonstrate how they look.
To return the items it would cost me around £30-£50 (UK). It would not be worth sending them back for my money.
I will never order from this cite again. Once again very angry and disappointed that I will not receive any money back.

After reading a few of the ROMWE customer reviews, I wasn't sure if I wanted to order from them. However, I decided to give them a try after I noticed a few cute tops at a good price. I must say they have done an absolutely wonderful job with my order. Not only did I receive my package quick, but the tops were really good quality.

I was just wondering what's going on with my stuff, I ordered it about 2 weeks ago and have only received one package which contained just jeans. My order got sent to the wrong address somewhere in New Jersey. When the billing information had our address in it. We didn't put the NJ address either. I used the tracking option and it said that my order had arrived at the address in NJ. Very annoyed.

The measurements are all wrong and the pictures are very misleading. The material is also so cheap and nasty. To return you have to pay a lot and is so stupid and such a hassle. Am never going to buy anything from here again.

good things first: the shipping is free which is amazing and the products are unique and really pretty. but there are also aspects that aren't so good: you can only pay with a credit card, and a lot of the clothes can be bought on ebay for much less money. and sadly, the quality isn't always the same as shown on the picures. still i love the shop and will buy there again.
