Well, unlike many people here, products I ordered arrived fairly quickly provided they shipped it from China to Canada. I am happy with the overall quality of most of the products. However, one t-shirt is of very poor quality (a gray one) and it is not one of the cheapest ones. I could guess the quality from the picture but I ended up ordering it since I really liked the design. It fits me pretty well and and the design is as I expected. But I don't think I would be able to wear it since the fabric gives me serious itches! So, choose clothes wisely from this site.
Ordering from this website from start to beginning has been a breeze. The shipping itself, and the sites processing time was very smooth. Once I finally received my item, I was very satisfied, the quality of the product was really surprising due to the affordability, and I would definitely recommend this to any of my friends.
I ordered my first order a month ago from Romwe and I love them. I had ordered this black asymmetrical faux shearling fur jacket which I adore. It looks super trendy. Shipping was fast and free. I will definitely be ordering from them again soon.
Horrible. The clothes took about a month to get to me and when I got them, they were absolute garbage. I ordered a dress and a pullover from them, the pullover is fine, it fits and is decent quality so I won't complain about that but the dress was appalling, it was made of very very thin material, obviously very cheap quality, and when I was taking it out of the packaging one of the buttons popped off--talk about junk. It didn't even fit either, It was skin tight and the zipper was stuck. Awful, will NEVER order from this cheap company again. Stay away.

So i saw bad reviews AFTER ordering my clothes and starting getting pretty upset. However, when the clothes arrived- i was SO happy. The clothes all fit super well- especially for the tiny girl that I am- the smalls actually FIT me so insanely well. I am very happy with my purchase. I think sweaters are the best bet from this store but even the crop tops are super freaking cute. I am so so happy! Thank you Romwe!
I have never seen this kind of embarrassing, poor, chemical infused, dye coming off to the skin and cheap fabric ever in my life.
I will buy one or two legit item than buy nine of the ill-legit ones.
Wasted time, money and feel sorry for the environment.
Clothings are so poorly manufactured that they don't even have the back and the front, threads are coming off, and the fits are very ugly.

I love ROMWE. I have bought here many times and the goods are beautiful and fit well. Also, their customer service is awesome and fast response. I bought a shirt there (with other items), unfortunately, it is not available, they give me refund so fast. And when I want to buy this item again since I do like it, they give me a coupon like I can buy the shirt without shipping fee (I hate shipping fee :)) ). Love it!
So awful. Some of the clothes were okay but half of the dresses weren't the right fabric, they were incredibly short. So short that they cant be worn as dresses and the invoice that I'd received as a "packing slip" contained $57 of good when romwe charged me $300... The clothes look nothing like the photos. Some still fit okay but the dresses I'd expected to be better quality because they were more expensive were the worst ones. I had previously ordered longer more formal dresses off this site and it didn't even come close to the same experience. I am so unimpressed I want a refund but absolutely refuse to pay to send it back so here I am at a loss for money regardless of what I want to have happen.

I emailed Romwe for the wrong address delivery however there is no answer for 3-4 days. There is no other communication option and i feel that i lost the money. It was first experience from Romwe and it seems like it will be the last one! Bad experience!
First of all, most of the clothes did not fit me. One of the dresses did initially, but the cheap zipper does not zip all the way up.
The clothes were also clearly made of a different material from the photos. They do not appear see through in photos but the ones that I received were see through. Additionally, one of the dresses had a weird stripey pattern that was not in the photos. To add to that, the stitching was coming apart as soon as the package was opened. I've seen them reply to complaining customers that the pixels and lighting in the picture caused the difference between the photo and what they really received, but there is frankly no way that those items are the same.

Update: So Romwe did answer answer my inquires through customer service and they also reached me through my email. They refund me what I pay for customs and Im so happy now The products were great, they all fit me perfectly and they arrived so fast. Dont hesitate to buy and if you have a problem they will find a solution for you!
I placed my first order and chose standard shipping to Nicaragua, that was the only option Romwe offered me. Now Im being charged customs fees even though the website mentions you will only be charged customs if you choose express shipping. My order was sent through express shipping I guess, because it was DHL. But I didnt ask for that. I wanted the standard shipping I chose because I know customs is really expensive here in my country. Now DHL is telling me I have to pay over $50 and my order was just $90. Im so mad and sad at the same time.
I already tried reaching them through customer service, but I didnt get a response.

I ordered 8 items of clothing from Romwe and was soo eagerly awaiting the delivery. I was soo extremely disappointed to find EVERY SINGLE item was a cheap CHINESE version of what was displayed on their website. BEWARE, this is just another asian website trying to scam people into believing they sell good quality clothes. All the clothes were almost see through, and were made from the cheapest of materials. They looked nothing like what the picture looked online. Spend the extra few dollars and shop elsewhere. I have never been more disappointed with an online shop.

Fraudulent express mail advertisement. Bought over $100 worth in clothing. I never received the parcel that was "delivered" to my doorsteps. Found out that the package was never shipped express mail(how I bought it!) or I should have signed for it. Even the delivery service confirmed it wasn't shipped via express, it was shipped ground. The company's response is "Sorry for that, but the address we sent is right, so would do you like to ask the post office to Compensate for your parcel with your email account, as this is not our fault. We can provide any proof you need for you.

I ordered from here before and the clothing I received were on point. Except for one item which didn't go my way &. They wouldn't refund me... therefore I had to sell for myself. I wasn't too happy with that. This time I checked out all my resources to make sure I have the intended product that I want in the way it looked in the given photos on the site. Customer service was helpful, but I agree with shipping. I wish it didn't take a decade to receive an item that you want. I would appreciate that more!
