“Good quality, decent prices, free returns”

Not sure about all the other reviews, but i have been shopping with asos for ever a year now, amazing quality clothes, decent prices, free returns, 2 day shipping to the US. I had a problem with a defect in an item, was a little annoying that i has to return a coat with the sleeve sewed shut, but they did give me a full refund when i returned it.

Tip for consumers: your information is safe, super fast shipping and free returns

“Identity fraud risk & data breach”

Shein and Romwe are both asking me to send photos of my government id passport and credit card, i called paypal and my credit card company they said this is very concerning that an online merchant is asking for such photos. Romwe gave me a refund on paypal because i refused, however shein has not given me a refund BEWARE you might not get your clothes or your refund

THEY WONT REFUND MY MONEY, molly m. Keeps harassing me on here with daily messages, telling me they refunded my money giving me FALSIFIED paypal confirmation codes, paypal couldn't believe SHEIN went even lower to spend the time creating falsified paypal codes on sitejabber, but to fail to respond to week long paypal credit card, and better business bureau disputes. BELOW IS PROOF IN A PICTURE, NO REFUND FROM SHEIN. PAYPAL STATUS 8/15 = ****seller refused to ship goods, seller has made no contact********

Look how rude shein security is! They accuse me of not believing them. Well the screen shot says refund 115.65, my order was for 139.00. That refund was from ROMWE had nothing to do with SHEIN... why is security saying "if you dont believe check it out

Says order will be cancelled if i don't send them photos of my credit card and government IDs, I guess I should have payed attention to clever wording, CANCELLED does NOT = REFUND, cancel = we steal your money, cause we dont get to steal your identity.

Notice how these numbers in the message are A COMPLETE LIE, i called paypal, the rep on the phone confirmed they were a complete LIE, they are not paypal confirmation codes at all, JUST A LIE TYPED BY MOLLY M TO SPAM AND HARASS ME.

8/14 Paypal still waiting for seller to response... but seller has time to respond on site jabber to harass me and lie with fake paypal confirmation codes that dont even follow the same structure as a real paypal confirmation code LOL

ROMWE refunded the money promptly... strange because they share the same "security" department as SHEIN, ROMWE's billing department is actually honest at least. SHEIN DID NOT ATTEMPT TO REFUND ANYTHING, but continues to harass me and leave me messages and

PROOF THAT THEY REFUSED TO SHIP MY BELONGINGS because I did not want to send them photos of my government IDs, I pay with paypal to protect my identity from online merchants attempting identity fraud.

Tip for consumers: do not send them photos of your government identification over the internet, this will put your bank accounts at risk. call paypal and your credit card company ASAP. both paypal and all major credit card companies were well aware of the shady business practices of SHEIN's "security" dept, they also are very helpful at keeping their customers safe, so report them asap.

Tip for consumers: I WAS LIED TO AND WAS TOLD MY ORDER WOULD BE SHIPPED IF I CANCELED MY PAYPAL DISPUTE, well they didnt ship my order after i cancelled the paypal dispute.
also some guy on here is messaging me from romwe and sending me links from shein!! they are the same company i have screen shots of that as well now!
