Ordered many items from here, took several weeks to arrive, and I only got 1 item that I liked out of the 7 items I ordered. The quality of the items was just awful - bad material quality, broke easily, confusing, ill-fitting... DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
Update: they have a relative sense of customer service, but even that can't cause me to change my review to a positive one, just because they asked... Sorry, but it is what it is.
I returned two items for a refund. Romwe sent my refund to the wrong card that I didn't use to purchase these items with. I was able to get someone on luve chat but after I mentioned that my refund was credited to a card I didn't use, I was disconnected. I tried again an hour later and the same thing happened. Before you order from thus company you should know if you have a return or refund you will not get to speak to a live person by phone and the live chat sucks. Also, they will deduct shipping out of any refund you get. I will never order from this company again.
I placed an order and never recieved it. It's been over a month. When I went to check on my order it vanished and theres no trace of it. I had taken a screen shot so I will be contacting my bank to have them investigate the charge.

I bought a Off-shoulder Midriff Bodycon Dress and some really nice tops after searching through the pages of gorgeous items, it was extremely easy to navigate through the pages to what I wanted and I soon found a lot of items I just had to have, theres a lot of variety of clothing and pieces to choose from, for any occasion/event you can think off.
It was easy to order and I was shocked by the low shipping price, it made me very pleased and I will order more just for that reason.
Unlike other website that I used to buy stuff, Romwe is quite easy to deal with, and they give superb services and the responses are fairly quick.

Bought a shirt from them and after washing it according to the directions on the label sewn into the garment, not only did it shrink, but the fabric puckered all over. In my notes to them I sent a picture of the puckering no the explanation that it was washed according to label directions, but they said since it was washed it couldn't be accepted for a refund. I didn't know the shirt was defective until I washed it!

Come on, why wouldn't they allow us to post reviews directly on the site about that product? Yes! I could not agree more! The sizing is not accurate! Yes, I bought a measuring tape to measure my body just to make sure I got the right size! In my experience, buy a size smaller. Example if you are a small, buy extra small. If you are medium, buy small.

My daughter ordered several swimsuits and they were too small, even though she only weighs 118 lbs, and ordered a medium. I know the policy states you cannot return swimsuits but the tag on the swimsuit says that you can return the item within 30 days. I asked the customer service rep and she said all their items have the same tag. They wouldn't even accept the swimsuits that weren't even open!

Not worth it, looks nice on website but what you received is so ugly. I ordered 3 items, 2 of 3 arrived missing a piece. Contact Romwe to request the refund, they ask to send it back at your own cost which is about as much as the cost of what I have paid. Submit the claim through Paypal and Paypal sided with the seller. I have asked them to provide me the return label then i will return it. Why should i buy for the return when the items arrived missing. That is ridiculous. Please do not order from them. I was going to do a big bulk order as a gift for all my family but experience with the company turned me off and I am happy to pay top dollar somewhere else to have the better service and better product quality.

I ordered my order on the week of 10/5/17, I live in Connecticut. I got my order extremely fast, I thought it would take a little longer since the place is in China.
Also, get a size up! I read reviews before buying, and getting a size up is right.
The clothes aren't bad, I tried all the items i got and fit perfectly, not bad material.

I ordered over 100 dollars worth of clothing from ROMWE and when they came I was extremely disappointed. Almost all of the items were way too big. The quality was terrible, as for the biker shorts, I picked them up and string started to fall out. The material is swuimsuit like, way too thin, and not even considerable. All of the other items were way too big, fabric was very bad, and definentally not true to size. Only 2 of my entire order was doable. For one of them(a pj set), I didn't even recieve the top! That is truly unacceptable. The sweaters were long sleeves, way too thin to be sweaters. This is the most disappointing order I have ever ordered online. I have tried emailing them and it has been almost and a week and I had no response whatsoever. Please do not buy from here.
I ordered a modern looking black and red dress, it can be found if you search for Split Slim Black and Red Dress. I made a small order just to get a feel for the quality. After receiving it I was pleasantly surprised! It even arrived faster than I expected.
This dress is beautiful and I can wear it to work and at night in town. The best part is the price, when I am able to save money on a few pieces I am able to splurg more on other items. I look forward to ordering more pieces in the future.
I was so excited to find a website that had cute cheap clothes. So I went and got a couple of items. I received half of my items on one day and have not yet received my other items. NOW the clothes run so SMALL, it is ridiculous. I got a large pair of jeans expecting them to fit and they barely fit. I also ordered a romper and it says one size and it does not fit at all! Worst experience shopping on this site! Was excited to receive package, however once recieved sizings were out of whack! Quality is okay but when following sizing chart and ordering my correct measurements of my size, apparently it's 3cm out!?!?!?! They're basically a knock off version of Shein! Shein is a million times better when it comes to quality clothes! I ordered about 18 things and a lot of the clothes was baggy and big! I ordered everything in small and extra small but some of the stuff was really big! I was happy with some of the stuff don't get me wrong but most of the stuff just looked bad! I ordered a specific dress, it was like a tan color, I ordered a size small, and I tried it on, the dress was sooooooo baggy! It looked like a large! It was ridiculous! Their clothes are good price but the quality is $#*!ty! I would not recommend shopping here! Shein is way better! Shein NEVER disappointed me but Romwe certainly did!

I found romwe through Instagram and I know websites of this sort are usually low quality and take a long time to ship, which was fine with me because I just wanted a few cute things for vacation. My order was placed on June 14, I recieved the package on July 3. When I opened the package, nothing was what I ordered or even similar enough to what I ordered to where I could let it slide. I emailed on July 4 and sent a picture of the package of each article of clothing and the articles themselves, customer service wasnt great and eventually I just sent the clothes back. My ticket was closed, but I reopened it and sent my clothes back, but was never given a refund! I would never spend my money here again.

It was my first time using this website and it was full of disappointment. First of all, the clothes were awful in the term of quality. The fabric did not feel like as it was told, the clothes was much smaller than the size mentioned before, and the quality of the clothes was just so awful. It took me two months to get my clothes and they also took away the international transaction fee without giving me any notification. This wasn't even mentioned when I bought the clothes.
