I ordered quit a few things since it was my first time and I thought I was getting great deals. When everything came in only ONE of the FIVE tops I bought fit. I tried to see if they woke uld fit my aunty (who is quite a bit smaller than me) or my younger cousin and they couldn't fit them either. The size Larges fit like smalls or even extra smalls. Will not be buying again.
I recently bought the white and black, sleeveless and backless striped dress from Romwe.com and I LOVE it! My boyfriend thinks I am super cute in it also, which is a bonus. This is the first time I've ordered from Romwe so I was a little nervous that maybe it wouldn't look like it does in the picture, but ordering couldn't have been easier and my dress looked exactly like the one online. I was able to place the order on my lunch break at work, which was nice. The shopping cart was so user friendly and my dress shipped out the next day, which was great because I planned to wear it to a party! Shipping wasn't crazy expensive either, only $3.99. Saving money on shipping means I can order more! I definitely plan to order from Romwe again because there are a few other things I saw that I really want. Thank you!

Please stay away. I raised cancel order request in less than 30mins after placing the order, and they say after one day that they shipped the item and cannot cancel, the cancel option is just a fake thing. They gave me a tracking number, when i called fedex, they clearly told that these guys just created a label but the product is still not with fedex, they havent shipped the product yet to fedex. They just manipulate things. Item not shipped, faking to be shipped by giving a tracking number. Just to avoid the cancellation. FAKE FAKE FAKE

For days I was skeptical on buying a black lowcut dress I was completely obsessed with. Mainly because of the reviews and how low the dress came down in the front. I got a discount for signing up and the dress was also on sale with 24 hour shipping. I finally caved. Although I got the dress about a week later I just opened it and it looks exactly like the website. I ordered a size bigger because of the reviews saying they were too small and the front did not come down as low as I expected. Im inlove. Never ever ever order from this site. I have been trying to contact them about a new return form (they claim that they have them on their site somewhere but they are nowhere to be found--my mom isn't even sure that it came with one in the package in the first place) and for an RMA number for a week now and they will not respond. I sent them an email and tried the "live" chat (which has been offline every time I checked) twice and so far, nothing. I was going to send back my sweater and order something else but at this point, I just want my money back and nothing else from them. I ordered from here twice within a day a part. I first ordered a black fringe purse. It came very timely and I really liked it. The day after I ordered that I placed another order for a black lace dress and brown bag. The dress was super small and the bag had a strap that was too short to fit crossbody and I just don't like how it fits. I've been trying to return it for 3 days and haven't received a response. The form is not submitting online and it's difficult to get in touch with customer service.

Okay i discovered this website a couple of weeks ago and i was extremely drawn to the affordable clothes this website offers, i ordered a pair of shoes on the 23rd or November and now it is December 5th and I've still yet to get them, I'm starting to get annoyed because i thought it was only going to take up to 7 business days to get them. I used to love romwe, i always ordered from them, i wrote reviews, i had coupons and many points to use, I tried ordering something today worth $80, but with my points I saved and coupons/discounts I would´ve spent $60 in total. I put my card info in and tried to purchase my items and it completely logged me out of my account. I tried logging back in and resetting my password but it wouldn´t let me in, I didn´t forget my email or password and I still can´t get in my account. I tried contacting romwe but theres nothing to contact. It sucks because I´ve spent over $400 on this website just so it could crash on me?
I ordered a few shirts and a crewneck from romwe and i was delightfully surprised. The quality of the clothes was great especially since it was so cheap. The fitting was perfect and i loved it.
The crewneck was a bit small but still really good quality. Id recommend getting a size bigger. Other than that the clothes is really good quality and i love the site.
Also, my experience with customer service was good too. They're very nice and understanding. Also very patient.
I've purchased from Romwe before and loved the product so tried again recently. On the delivery site DPex Worldwide the status is that no one was home and has been delivered to their hub in Bankstown.
Noone bothered to check if I was home or leave a card like the first time... I was home the whole time and I don't know what courier service to call/pick it up from as no one left a card.

I am extremely angry and annoyed. I placed my order on the 8th of March 2015, and my order number was RWLKA*******. It said that it would be shipped out in 5-7 business days, but it still has not been shipped out yet! I spoke to customer service twice- the first time they told me that one of my items was out of stock and advised me to cancel it. They then assured me that my order would be shipped out in 2-4 days. A week later-- still nothing! I spoke to them again yesterday and they told me that it would be shipped out either yesterday or today. Still nothing, and the 'chat live!' times seem to be very erratic. Customer service is the worst that I have ever seen. Stay away!

I havent yet ordered, but i want to know wether i should order or not, ive seen alot of reviews that say that the quality is good etc., but i have also seen some complaints about it too, Should I order or not?
I had a HORRIBLE experience with the 24 hr service and when i asked to speak to the manager, he helped solve the issue but didn't really go above and beyond, so i put a very detailed review of my experience and one of the customer service reps gave me 500 points for my troubles and made sure my situation was properly taken care of. If you have issues ask for managers and post detailed reviews and the higher ups will fix it better than the normal employees.
Buying online can be great. You can get a great product at an amazing price. Well this was one of those! I can sincererly say that this was a very good experience. I've done a lot of online purchases and seen different type of products and this is definitely on my top list. It's great to see vendors offering high quality products at an affordable price. I like the looks and the feel of it as well. The product is as good as described. It was shipped in the promised amount of time. I like how it was packed as well. I will be orderning a few more for the rest of my friends. Looks great anytime of the day, night and place!

I would like to bring to your notice the poor service that i have received from Romwe. I ordered 2 products with order id number RWXYA******* on 12-08-2018.
I ordered the product believing the website where it stated that the product will be delivered within 7 working days but here i am waiting and mailing the service team where i have not received the product even after 15days post the payment of the same. Every mail i receive the same comment asking me to wait for 1-3 working days and they have been asking their shipping company to deliver it as soon as possible. Although i have been provided with 200 points as a compensation for the poor service but that is only useful if i buy any products from them again and if it is going to take this long then i would prefer not shopping from Romwe ever again.
