My order came after a month of waiting, and I expected that from seeing other reviews. What I didn't expect was how off the sizing was. There way to small, so I returned them, ROMWE spontaneously closed my ticket and after not hearing from then in 2 weeks, I contacted them to only find out they didn't receive my package. They asked for my tracking number, and to my understanding they had it because my ticket was closed, and now I'm just frustrated becuase I threw it out and lost my money.
I bought things without thinking from this website, but when I recieved the confirmation email in Chinese, I realized I probably should have read reviews first. After reading, I decided to go ahead and cancel my order writhin an hour of buying the items. I wake up this morning to a message that says they are already processing the order and cannot cancel. They starting processing just so I couldn't cancel my order. Hopefully this gets resolved, but I am currently not amused; it says on their FAQ that you can cancel the order but they purposefully make it so that you are stuck.

My daughter decided to use some of her allowance on this site, they billed my card on 04/17/2020 for $14.89, on 5/2 she thought they had locked her out of her account (she was using the wrong password) so she created a different account (different email) and made a purchase for $22.89 with a gift card from her 16th birthday a couple days ealier. On 05/16/2020 I contacted Romwe about the order from 04/17/2020 and they can not find it! They keep referring to the order on the 05/02/2020, that they randomly canceled due to whatever stupid reason they had, that they conveniently refunded to her Romwe wallet! Why after everything they have done, do they think she would want to buy anything from them! Customer service is a joke, can not talk to a live person and they only really respond to messages at night... I am in contact with my bank over the $ they took from there but I can not get her $ from her gift card back! This company is a joke, save your hard earned money!
I have gotten about two packages from ROMWE so far, and despite the comments my experience has been awesome. My latest package actually came earlier than expected. Sometimes, certain clothes I purchased weren't how I expected but overall I've had good experiences with ROMWE. All the clothes are so stylish, trendy, good quality and well priced.
Heard about it from my sister and i loved the dresses of my sister taken from romwe and ya i also used there service and found my self as happy as my sister hehehe. Thanks for the service will use you guys again.
This is a terrible site, tacky cloths, cloths are sent with threads hanging out everywhere, and I tried to return my item which costed me $30 to ship back k them and my order was $30, so now I'm out $60 and they are not doing anything to help me. I definitely do not recommend buying off of here because if you have any trouble there is no solution because there is NOBODY to get in touch with.

I recently ordered from this website and i have to say the items were very different from the pictures. I ordered 2 sweaters, 3 dresses and 2 sets of makeup brushes.
I LOVE the makeup brushes and was very impressed by the quality! The sweaters were ok and were slightly off from the pictures. Out of the 3 dresses only one of them was my absolute favorite. The other two were very different from the pictures. Overall it was an ok experience and would only buy again if i recieve another discount code.
There are are thousands of online stores and very few deliver ordered product in time but the ROMWE is extra ordinary in case of delivery and Price. I am really happy with their real time delivery system. Also the quality of product is awesome.

I am very upset and dissapointed about romwe. I bought 3 tops and 1 dress. I measured my sizes correctly. Got a size bit bigger than my exact size just incase. Still the t shirts don't fit me. But the dress does. Very angry and upset. Wouldn't shop on the site again regardless of what I like on the site.

I absolutly love this web page. Romwe always send you what you see on pictures. Clothes are good materail, well packaged and quickly. Also the customer service is very nice and always gives you answer back. I tottaly recommend this page.
I bought 2 tshirts and 3 bikinis, they sent size L. I tried it on and it fitted like a size S... the sizes do not match at all. And if I would send back my order I have to pay just as much as my order costed me in the first place. They offered me $5 for compensation on an order that costed me 60... so I lost all my money and I can't go out and buy new bikinis/tshirts... So, I would NOT recomment this site, at all! I just used romwe for the first time and actually terrified i wont get what i payed for because of the review my order says its shipped out to daytona nj, which im a few states away from so hopefully it comes by saturday i ordered them on the 15 and the website says 5-8 buisness days and all the romwe repliers say 10 now? I have been waiting for my refund for 1 month. They sent me an email saying that they have refunded my money to "my wallet" on their website but they hadn't. After seeing that my wallet balance was still £0.00 I messaged the online help, they said that the money had been transferred successfully. After sending them a screenshot of my £0.00 balance (because they some how can get access to my account) they said that they will resolve my issue in a further 24hours. I'm still waiting. This company is a money scamming joke. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I am deleting all of my designs from their website because if this is how they treat their contributors I can't imagine how they treat the people who buy stuff from them that have issues or questions and concerns. I order a bunch of stuff I was really excited about... TWO AND A HALF WEEKS AGO and the order is still "processing". Not to mention a shoe that i picked out (and paid for) sold out two days ago so i won't be getting that, even though i should have gotten it, along with my other items, forever ago. And now they're saying my payment for the shoe was refunded and i tried to withdraw it back to my bank account (on their website it says "completed") but my bank account doesn't show that the money is back.
