No other retailer really has that robust of a search engine it seems. You can really conduct super specific searches and come up with a wide variety of options. Love that everything is super current and fresh. And of course, the returns process is super easy as well.

Items on the other hand were all very disappointing. The quality was poor - not what I expect from REVOLVE. One item (Steve Madden dress) was even missing a strap and the strap that was there was wearing away.

I buy pretty exclusively from Revolve. It's hard to find anywhere with this much selection with a great return policy and quick shipping. I love most of the stuff I buy but sometimes the fit is off but I don't stress because I can return super easily.

I ordered a blazer and a denim jumpsuit. They arrived within a week and were packaged in a UPS box. Unfortunately the clothes are too big for me and I am trying to contact customer service for a refund but I haven't heard back yet (after 5 days now). In the past, they have been more responsive.
