I used to like this website. I am complaining about their INCONSISTENCY and their NEW WEBSITE. BE CAREFUL if you like something and you put it into your shopping cart, IMMEDIATELY they will TAKE THE MONEY OFF YOUR CREDIT CARD. I didnt even get a CONFIRMATION of whether I would like to purchase the items. That REALLY SUCKS! No other webiste does this. Another bad thing about them is the have this PRE-ORDER system which DOES NOT WORK AND IS UNRELIABLE. I pre-ordered an item and they never got back to me, but my credit card was billed, eventhough they said THEY WILL NOT BILL ME. I checked my bank statement and THEY DID... I trusted them, because their customer serivce sounded professional in manner... Its really upsetting and annoying. They gave me a store credit, so I decided I will have to buy from them for the VERY LAST TIME. But after I did (using the store credit), they chaerged me for the ITEMS AGAIN on my CREDIT CARD!
WTF I really really will never buy from here EVER! Please be ware. All their stuff is authentic and nice but their method of SELLING SUCKS!
