This site is extremely easy to create a resume on. It basicly has a bunch of pre typed job description attributes etc and you pic and paste and lersonalize. Once your resume is good its very easy to cance when you no longer need the service.

The customer service rep who assisted me was great, he was able to answer the issues I raised, very courteous and polite. But ResumeGig needs to make its tools more flexible particularly on Microsoft Word. Not everybody can just upgrade to the latest Word 2016 version to be able to edit, they still needs to work on older version i. E. 2010.

I spoke to cancell and when I finally got through to them I asked to cancell he took care of that for me with no problem but when I asked if he could help me with anything because I was out of town for business meeting and I didn't have access to my resume acc and wasn't the first thing on my mind so I forgot it was a date late so I wanted to see if they could do anything for me and he kept trying to hang up the call (Hector) saying thanks for calling have a nice day I kept asking him if he could help me out or do anything at least some credit since I only used it for the first day and never used it since and it was only a day late he said thanks for calling have a nice day and I was like can I get transferred to manager he continued to ask why? I told him he just kept ignoring my question so I rather speak to a manager and he said okay and they put me on hold for 15 minutes then they hung up on me never again
This app is very useful. I needed some assistance in editing my resume and the live chat representative was very helpful in assisting me with editing the resume. The agent provided me the instructions to edit the resume on my own and he also edit it for me. I'm very thankful. Jose was great thank you again. I will be recommending this app as the best
