I have used resume helper in the past and it was a success. My friend used my account for her resume and it charged her 19.95 instead of 1.95 (what it said it was) We didn't make it a big fuss since we thought maybe we misread something and let it go. Today my friend mentioned to me that she was charged again 19.95 for the month of March. Why? I don't know! I called resume customer service line and Andres (person I spoke to) easily told me I'd receive a refund back for the full amount, which I appreciate. He also mentioned he would send me a email verifying that information. I did need the email due to it being my friend's card charged and just to have proof. Well Andres send me a email with the topic "REFUND" and a survey link instead of my confirmation. I called back and spoke to Mariana and I just asked her for a very simple thing: SEND ME AN EMAIL THAT HAS A CONFIRMATION ON IT THAT I WILL RECIEVE THE AMOUNT THAT ANDRES STATED & THE ENDING OF THE CARD NUMBER AS WELL TO SHOW MY FRIEND. What did mariana do? She made that one easy thing into a big one and kept placing me on hold. I asked her 2 times to let me speak to Andres or a supervisor and she didn't do either or. I became very frustrated but tried being patient but she simply didn't understand! I don't think it's right that they took the amount they did and that they made something so simple into something so complicated and wasted my time! I would rate it a "0" but I don't have that option.
I would definitely use this site again. The examples the site provided to fill in areas of the resume were very helpful. The price was a steal for the quality of the product.

I called customer service because I woke up to an unknown charge of $19.95 from Resumehelp and I was angry to wake up to that. However, when I called, Vlas was SO helpful and kind, even if my tone sounded a bit frustrated due to this unknown charge. He explained that he could refund me and he even offered to give me a discounted membership charge. He mentioned multiple times that they care about their customers and just want to be helpful and that went a long way with me. By the end of the call, my tone had completely changed and he definitely took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed. He even gave me tips/good luck on my job search. I was extremely impressed.
I spoke with customer service rep, Edgar. He was very courteous and understanding of my personal situation. I called to cancel my account, and he did his very best to keep me as a customer with continued service. Unfortunately, due to my financial situation I still needed to cancel my subscription. His etiquette and phone skills were commendable.

The resume templates that are provided make it quick to build a resume. The downfall to the pricing is I was charged an extra $1.00. There are hidden fees and international surcharges.
They say you sign up on one day that isn't true then refuse to refund you until you ask to speak to a supervisor then all of a sudden you get a refund. I will not use this service again and will not refer anyone to this service!
The gentleman that assisted me was patient, informative and kind. Good customer service. He was able to save my account so that I wouldn't close it because I am not using it now. As I explained to him, I was preparing a resume because I was retiring, but I have been denied retirement. (Some places can do that, so beware!)

Answer: They will give the absolute run around. I had them tell me they had no re it's of me being a customer, even with my account details. I ended up going trough the Better Business Bureau. BBB managed to recover 65% of the money stolen from my account. The resume help swindlers refused to refund everything they had stolen. That's how they make their money after all.
Answer: I just cancelled my 14 day subscription now. So after reading all these reviews I think I will stay on the safe side too and cut this credit card in half before this month is up, just to be on the safe side
