They will give the absolute run around. I had them tell me they had no re it's of me being a customer, even with my account details. I ended up going trough the Better Business Bureau. BBB managed to recover 65% of the money stolen from my account. The resume help swindlers refused to refund everything they had stolen. That's how they make their money after all.
I just cancelled my 14 day subscription now. So after reading all these reviews I think I will stay on the safe side too and cut this credit card in half before this month is up, just to be on the safe side
