I want my subscription cancelled permanently. I think it is very wrong that if I edit my cover letter a notification says my account is reactivated.
I do not wish to reactivate.
I think you advertise your site falsely stating that the templates are free. If you wish to use them, you pay. That is not free.
Now trying to access them, Im seeing a notification that my account was reactivated. Im going to complain to consumer affairs.
