When when I call to cancel my subscription I could barely understand the customer service rep do to her broken English. This is not very good customer service from a company who otherwise offers a very important service to those who need it

I was a day late in cancelling the 14 Day Full Access and was billed for the full amount of the subscription. I quickly cancelled and contacted the Live Chat and the rep helped me get a full refund. Very grateful for the customer service. And the resume I made with them was great as well.
It made creating a resume simple. However, I canceled subscription on line in their website but they kept charging me. Not sure why cancelation did not work.
The gentleman assisting me was very polite and had so much patience even when things got confusing, but he made everything so easy and simple. I will definitely recommend to everyone I know.
At first, it may seem a little expensive. If you speak with someone over chat and ask them for a lower price, they will help. The reality is that spending a couple of hours for each resume you are catering to specific job descriptions takes time. With this tool, it's quick, each, and very useful in applying to many jobs, easily.

I liked this resume helper which helped me update my resume with new wording and better sentences that I had. That was the great part! The not so great part was when I downloaded it and I am using a MAC, and then I was in editing hell moving bullets, and phrases and trying to make it look nice. It was a nightmare. They should mention that it only works on a PC. It took me hours to get it to look right visually. Other than that I think it's quite a good help.
I created the resume and made another after remembering other training I was involved.
The resumes took a bit of learning but was very helpful.
I used ResumeGig for about 6 weeks and the experience was very good. Needed to revise my resume after not updating it for a period of time. The tools were great and was able update it and submit for a new job (which I did get). Ended up cancelling because I didn't need the service any longer. Axel was great to work with and understood the reason why I was cancelling; he processed the cancellation promptly and accurately. If I need resume or job hunting advice they will be my first stop.

I called today to notify Resume Help that I found a job so I needed to cancel my subscription and to also ask if I could be refunded the membership fee as I wasn't able to call to cancel last week as I was sick.
Victor is the Rep I spoke to he was very understanding of my situation & provided me with a refund and cancelled my membership, sent me email confirmations on both. He even wished me well on my new job!
