I think your service is helpful, but your prices are too high for what you provide. It feels like highway robbery to be forced into a subscription model knowing people will be forgetful and forget to cancel. Charge a flat fee instead of a subscription, it feels very malicious.

I was originally going to use it just as a guide for making one myself, but it came out very nice and I was able to use it without needing to make any edits. It was the first time I've needed to put together a professional resume, this made the process so much less stressful.

You told me I could download this for free. I did tons of work on it to get paywalled and there was no option to export it as a text file as promised. That is shady business practice - keeping my work for ransom, and I will absolutely not ever give you a good review when you bait-and-switch like that. These vulture capitalist scam practices deserve bad reviews - if it's not free don't say it's free.
