Why does the ResumeGenius employee tell you IF you leave a 4 or 5 for the review, they will put in a word to speed up your refund? Is this ethical?

We were not aware of this situation and will take disciplinary action if necessary. Thanks for bringing this up to our attention. We believe the reason this may have occurred is because the agent wanted to show the accounting department that he could turn a negativen experience into a positive one. However it will be addressed accordingly. Are you seeking a refund?

Juan, shut up. You hire your customer service support as independent contractors from the Philippines. You know darn well that you INSTRUCT them to say this!

I received the same email and have been waiting for a promised refund since May. Please stop this unethical and fraudulent business practice. My credit card company will have to get involved evidently. So sad that a company would dupe people trying to get a needed job. So disappointed. I recommend spreading the word as much as possible to warn others so they aren't scammed too.
