This was a horrible experience and a really, really nasty place. Came for a funeral with my daughter and could barley stomach the night. Beds were awful, comforters had cigarette burns, blood and god knows what else on them. Booked a non smoking room for two nights. Left the next morning and said they would refund me. That will never happen. Talked to 8 different people on the phone and could never get anything done. Avoid this dump!

Had to cancel our room due to family medical emergency. It took 7 weeks to get a refund and we had to get the hospital/doctors to write a explanation of why it was a medical emergency. That was a total waste of medical professionals and my time. They were terrible any time I called to request an update on the refund process as each time it took at least 25 minutes to even talk to someone that attempted to explain why. It was always the same "their policy"... I would highly recommend that no one ever uses reservationdesk.com to book hotels or any other travel needs. It is fine if you do not incur a problem but if you do I know you will be as disappointed as I was and will regret ever using their site. Not sure how they get a 90% satisfaction rating I can only guess that 90 % of the time you don't need to cancel or adjust your travel plan. But if you are in the 10 % that needs to cancel or change something you will be 100% disappointed and frustrated with their impossible refund process. Extremely poor process and a big waste of time and money.

I love staying at Motel 6 in Alexandria LA. The bosses Mr. Nick and Mr. Patel are good people and good supervisors. I like the way they keep up Motel 6. If you are not good people they will make sure you leave Motel 6 l have been staying here for two years and three months in extended stay. I love it. Now they are remodeling their rooms and l can't wait till l get I'm my new room. Go Motel 6.

We reserved a room for one night near Dallas airport in July through Reservationdesk.com. The hotel charged us for the night, saying they never received payment from Reservationdesk.com. Many calls to Reservationdesk.com were futile. They say they will look into it and call back. It does not happen. I have initiated a dispute with my credit card company. On top of everything Reservationdesk.com charges $14.99 just to make the reservation that you can make for free from the hotel directly. I will never use this company again and caution users that having a "confirmation" and receipt does not matter. Extremely poor customer service.

After making hotel reservations through reservationdesk.com we arrived in New York to find out the hotel we had reservations and confirmation number had no reservations.
There we were in Manhattan luggage in hand out on the streets of the city.

I needed to book a room at a Hampton in South Carolina. I mistakenly accessed this company thinking it was the hotel site. The whole experience was confusing because the agent was extremely difficult to understand. I asked about cancellation and she clearly told me that I could cancel the reservation free of charge until about a week before the reservation. (I wrote down the dates so as not to forget) When I received the confirmation, the last date for canceling was BEFORE I even made the reservation. Stay away from this scam.

Do not go there. It is fraudulous. I thought I was talking to the Hotel directly. 45' on the phone for a simple reservation. Too much information not understandable. Agent does not seem sincere at all. Reservation made with the highest price- Hotel $133 + taxes $173.34.

I am in a back-and-forth with Reservationdesk.com. We booked to stay at The Fountains at ChampionsGate in Orlando/Kissimmee. I have until 11/17/2022 to cancel the reservation. I had reserved feelings about the company. My family decided to move our reunion to Miami. I tried to cancel the reservation on 11/09/2022, and the system would not let me do so. I called the next day; the customer service rep could not cancel the reservation either and told me he would need to escalate the issue to another team. The next thing I received was an email stating that they received my request and the hotel was investigating my request. I responded to the email questioning what investigation is needed to refund my payment if I am within the cancellation period. I contacted the hotel, and they assured me they were not investigating my reservation. I did a conference call with the hotel and reservation desk, and the hotel told them to refund me and not to charge any service fee. Whenever I receive communication via email, they are sticking to the story that the hotel is investigating me. Sadly there are 176 other folks that this company duped, and no one is doing anything to help us. They remain in business, and more folks fall prey to their scheme.

Booked the Embassy Suites in Savannah through Reservation Desk.com on 10/13/2022, for a one night stay, on 10/23/2022. At check out on 10/24/22, I was informed that payment for the from Reservation Desk.com, had not been received, and my credit card was charged again for the room which I paid for on 10/13/22, through Reservation Desk.com. I contacted Customer Service at Reservation Desk, on 10/25/22. I was asked to send proof of the charge on my credit card and the Hotel charge on my credit card, which I submitted. To date Reservation Desk, has not paid the Embassy Suites, and my credit card has been billed twice for the charge Reservation Desk will not respond to my calls or e-mails regarding resolution. They have my money. Please! Do not book through this entity. They are scammers. Once they get your money, it is all over. Stay away from Reservation Desk.com, as they are not a reputable company/agency. I am reporting them to the BBB in my area and the BBB where this entity is located.

I booked the reservation at 11:54 AM on 10/31/2022. When I asked to cancel the reservation I was told the the deadline for canceling was 1:00 AM on 10/31/2022. What respectable site would allow a customer to book a room when the time for cancelation has already expired? I would have been much more able to swallow the $1300 loss if it were advertised as a non-refundable reservation.

Reservation desk is the worst booking agent I have ever used! We booked a hotel through them specifically asking for one that had a pool that we could use it was October in western New York they said the hotel had a pool after we booked it we found out the hotel had a seasonal pool that was closed we immediately called them to cancel our reservation which was nonrefundable they told us they would give an answer to us in 5 to 6 days whether they would refund our money we received the answer and it was no the information they give you is not always correct beware of this company. I will never use them again there are so many better booking agencies out there to use when you're traveling

I don't like to go through 3rd party reservations. I clicked on the website of the hotel I am staying at and it took me to this website. I didn't realize I was on a 3rd party reservation website when booking my hotel. I needed to make a change 10 hours after making my reservation. I accidentally chose the wrong check out day. I called to correct my mistake and I was told they would have to cancel the whole reservation that cost: $1061. 48 for 3 days and refund me $694.66, Keeping $366.82.
Then remake my reservation which would be $776.62. So adding the 366.82 that they kept and the new charge of 776.62 the stay would've ended up costing me 1163. 44..

Days Inn by Wyndham Mt Pleasant-Charleston-Patriots Point, Johnnie Dodds Boulevard, Mount Pleasant, SC, USA booked for Oct 5, 6, 7 and 8. The rooms were dirty, there was major construction with the roof. Debris were being tossed over our head to a ground floor dumpster, the electrical wires were hanging everywhere, the room was disgustingly dirty, and the front desk lady would not help to accommodate us in any fashion. Contacted Reservation Desk and they did nothing to help. I got a screw in my front tire from the construction in which I have to now replace a $300 tire! Was awaken by the construction at 6am the first morning, went to the front desk and the lady working had an attitude as well as the cleaning crew that was in the office. The second morning was awakened at 3:36am. No hot water in the shower and the front desk did not care. The second day I went to the front desk and finally, a lady that was concerned for our health and respected that we did not get any sleep gave us a second room away from the construction. The second room was dirty, the floors leave your feet black, and shoes was a full-time requirement. Worse experience I have ever had with a booking agency and the hotel!
