They were deceptive. I googled to call the motel directly and I do not recall if I asked them specifically am I calling the motel directly, but they answered reservation desk, so I thought I was calling the Motel, and they never told me otherwise.

Was duped into believing it was the actual hotel! Avoid!

I thought I was calling a main 800 number for Candelwood Suites hotels reservations. About 20 seconds into the call, I was advised that I was dealing with a reservation service, not Candlewood Suites. Then they proceeded to screw up my reservation.

Dishonesty on their part. I was tricked into believing that they represented the hotel. Do not use this business. They are scammers!

I erroneously thought I was dealing directly with the hotel.

Was tricked into it from their look a like site. It looked exactly like the hotel site
