It's a complete scam. What booking company takes your payment in full for the room months in advance and then you cancel months in advance and then they not refund your money! TOTAL SCAM! 110% scam!

I wouldn't want to be sued for defamation but I feel screwed when I didn't get the room I requested and then they refused to either give back the money or the room. When you go directly to the hotel, they take your credit card information to hold the room but don't charge until you actually stay in the room!

Legit company I guess, but would say that their business practices are not legit and are a total scam!

It is a scam company. Do NOT use them. You have been warned! They can try to sue me if they want. I have good attorneys that can make their lives miserable. Here is the truth. It is a racket. I made a reservation (by mistake) by calling this company. I thought that I was talking to the actual hotel front desk. I was driving and trying to call a hotel while driving. The agent that you talk to never highlights the non-refundable part of your reservation. Our travel plans then changed. We actually stopped at the hotel to cancel the reservation. We were told at the hotel that we could not cancel it. I immediately used by cell phone to cancel the reservation through the Reservation Desk. Then a day later, I get billed for the full amount for a stay that I never even stayed at. Surprise! Surprise! I was told by this company that I cannot get a refund. Do NOT use this service. They scam you into believing that you are talking to a representative of the hotel. When I called them to get my money back, the so called, "Supervisor," hung up on me and would not let me speak to her supervisor. Very unprofessional conduct. I would never hang up on a customer. She read some script over the phone to me and then hung up on me. DO NOT USE this scamming outfit. You have been warned!

They will pretend to be the hotel. I asked for a breakdown of the crazy extra charges and the agent refused. I was told that if I needed to cancel, I could do so and receive a FULL REFUND. This is not the case, they will try to steal $17.99 from you and call it a non-refundable service fee. At no time did the agent mention that I would get a partial-refund, she stated FULL REFUND. If this company shows integrity and gives me the FULL REFUND that I was told I would get, I will happily report it here. We will see.

Total scam! DO NOT USE! They need to be shut down immediately. Not transparent, unethical business practices and completely horrible to deal with. They essentially scammed me $159 by promising services I required from a hotel. The hotel did not actually provide these services so I had to cancel and stay elsewhere. They wouldn't refund me even tho they misled me during purchase and I tried to cancel within 15 mins when I found out the hotel didn't have those services. So upsetting!

Never! Go through a middleman. Ive learned the hard way but these crooks take the cake. They should be in jail.
