I had a previous reservation at another hotel, but the reviews were so terrible, I wasn't feeling safe. I decided to cancel and change to this hotel. The link on the website for the conference I'm attending didn't work, so I went directly to the hotel website and booked through Sitejabber. It was fast and easy.

Glad I could book, did call in but the booking agent tried to charge me more than the website had to book on line to get a lower rate.

I reserved 2 adjoining rooms. When we arrived they only had me down for 1 room. While they gave us a second room, they were not adjoining. Because of kids this wasn't convenient at all. Unfortunately, the room I received felt very dirty because of the HUGE stain on the carpet. Thank goodness I had my slippers. The manager called the next day apologizing for the mix up on the rooms and said one of the rooms would be free of charge. It's been a month and I still haven't gotten my money back. I'll definitely go elsewhere next time. Beware the ask for proof of purchase although giving a itinerary #. I'm so done. That's what an itinerary # is fore DUH! And you have create an account for your review to be seen Now I'm MAD - AGAIN!

2nd try worked.they had my last name wrong then charged extra to cancel it finally have it sorted out
I paid for service and advise them Reservation.com (Ms. Jackson) that I did not get to use the pool as it was closed. The people was nice however, I paid for services of wanting the pool access and none was available. The water pressure in the bathroom was weak (sink/shower). I was also told they clean room every other day. I though the staff at the hotel was nice but I had issues. I trusted your organization to help and advocate for me. Reservationdesk staff Ms. Jackson took my complaint and I feel cheated.

Answer: It's a complete scam. What booking company takes your payment in full for the room months in advance and then you cancel months in advance and then they not refund your money! TOTAL SCAM! 110% scam!
Answer: They were deceptive. I googled to call the motel directly and I do not recall if I asked them specifically am I calling the motel directly, but they answered reservation desk, so I thought I was calling the Motel, and they never told me otherwise.
Answer: You are really not talking to a supervisor when you ask to speak with a supervisor. They have terrible customer service and hung up on me when I insisted on talking to someone above the person who would not help me. Seriously! Read some script and then hung up on me. I cannot get a refund. Do NOT use this service. They scam you into believing that you are talking to a representative of the hotel. When I called them to get my money back, the so called, "Supervisor," hung up on me and would not let me speak to her supervisor. Very unprofessional conduct. I would never hang up on a customer. She read some script over the phone to me and then hung up on me. DO NOT USE this scamming outfit. You have been warned!
