I paid for service and advise them Reservation.com (Ms. Jackson) that I did not get to use the pool as it was closed. The people was nice however, I paid for services of wanting the pool access and none was available. The water pressure in the bathroom was weak (sink/shower). I was also told they clean room every other day. I though the staff at the hotel was nice but I had issues. I trusted your organization to help and advocate for me. Reservationdesk staff Ms. Jackson took my complaint and I feel cheated.
I called the hotel to make sure that my reservation was real. They said had been reserved. Wish I had known that you were a third party company and were going to take a nice little profit off of me and that I could not cancel although in the section of order form, cancellation was not mentioned as it was in the listing above it. I will be more cautious next time.

I get an e-mail that our reservations has been canceled just 3 days before we are to go on our trip. Made the reservation over a month in advance. E-mail stated no reason, called customer service, they were no help. Called their Corporate number after being on the phone with someone, they dropped the call and never called back. Very poor Customer Service to their Rewards Program Customer. Now with only 3 days left, I have to find another hotel at probably a higher rate due to time remaining.

It was really easy to book this online, I hit a wrong button so the security code kept popping up for me. I typed it 4 times then I checked the information on the top and realized there was added information in the zip code area. I fixed it and then the reservation worked.

I booked this for my dad to give to my mother. They're attending a show at the Playhouse that night. He's elderly so he had me do the online booking. My mom worked there over 60yrs ago so he thought it would be fun to take her back to see the changes. Great & easy experience!

This is the only number I could easily find as I was trying to book directly through the hotel. Because of this I did not get the correct rate that the hotel was offering for my rooms. The lady also did not speak very good English tough to understand if I would have known that the number was a third party service I would not have even called it.

Answer: It's a complete scam. What booking company takes your payment in full for the room months in advance and then you cancel months in advance and then they not refund your money! TOTAL SCAM! 110% scam!
Answer: They were deceptive. I googled to call the motel directly and I do not recall if I asked them specifically am I calling the motel directly, but they answered reservation desk, so I thought I was calling the Motel, and they never told me otherwise.
Answer: You are really not talking to a supervisor when you ask to speak with a supervisor. They have terrible customer service and hung up on me when I insisted on talking to someone above the person who would not help me. Seriously! Read some script and then hung up on me. I cannot get a refund. Do NOT use this service. They scam you into believing that you are talking to a representative of the hotel. When I called them to get my money back, the so called, "Supervisor," hung up on me and would not let me speak to her supervisor. Very unprofessional conduct. I would never hang up on a customer. She read some script over the phone to me and then hung up on me. DO NOT USE this scamming outfit. You have been warned!
