I have been provided one of the best animals I've ever owned. I got a bark Scorpion, who's an absolute doll. I couldn't get a male like I wanted, so I ended up with a female. I think that's actually better considering size. After extensive handling and co-roomed with me, she's became extremely docile and loving. She likes to sleep and sit on my shoulders. Has never bitten, or in anyway purposely harmed anyone (sharp claws). So I'd like to thank you guys for providing an excellent reptile and opportunity to learn more about these little guys.

Ordered a snake on Wednesday evening. It arrived by 11am Friday. I really like how the ship ups and if u are signed up for ups choice shipping you can track the estimated location of the truck helping you know exactly when it will arrive. When snake arrived it was packaged very well. It was a little cold at first (I live in the north country) but I had the tank all ready to go and the snake warmed up and because active very shortly after basking in the sun lamp and ate a feeder fish shortly after that. I am very pleased with my purchase and would order again.

I picked up my emerald tree boa at 10 am this morning, me and my wife where so excited we could hardly stand it! She opened the box right there in the ups store and sure enough there he was (still in the bag) healthy and mad as can be. We took him home and put him in his vivarium. I was sad to leave and go to work but snuck out early to get back to my snake lol. When I got home I decided I was going to give handling him a shot, he was real scared and timid so I gave him some time to get used to me by just petting and handling him in his cage he tagged me a few times but after a while he calmed down and I decided to pull him out he was nervous but after a while he relaxed and perched around my hand and sat there for hours and he was completely comfortable after that. There where a few times that he got startled and lightly nipped at me but never really got too aggressive. Now hes my little friend sat on my hand for hours. I am very pleased with ReptileCity and will bring them all of my reptile business going forward. Thanks reptilecity for the healthy snake and our new addition to our family

I bought 4 tortoise off them. They would not ship them, email me or call me. I called them every day. They said today every day I called. After it was PAST due to be mailed, I got up set and told them I did not like how all this was going. So with out telling me or emailing me they just STOPED me order. Not a word. So then the calls started from me about my 300 they did not return. I had to tell them I was filling with BBB (I was really going to do). Any way after WEEKS of just messed up stuff I would not recommend them to any one. In the mix of all this I went to underground reptiles. Got my new tortoise order and delivered, before I got my money back from reptile city.

I have bought exactly one animal from reptile city this animal being a black throat monitor. I'm certainly not a troll and I'm certainly not a fan boy though I am a fan. If I'm being honest I've never once thought of reptile city as a bad place to buy reptiles regardless of their import practices. It is not inherently bad to import reptiles that cannot be obtained captive born otherwise and other people need to understand this. Where perhaps do you think that the ancestors of your current captive born reptiles came from? Maybe the wild? Before you just bash a company, maybe you should call them up and ask about their practices maybe ask about the care of the animal that you're looking to purchase. Maybe don't bash them on the bandwagon like everyone else just because you want to feel special. It's not cool and you're not a better person for doing it. Thanks reptile city for my beautiful black throated monitor I will be purchasing more from you guys in the future just haven't half the funds!

Just Received my order for 3 Tokay Geckos. The service was fantastic! Almost 10 phone calls back and forth and 3 txt messages. Got an additional call the day before shipping when the weather spiked and they arranged for it to go to the UPS care center, OR to delay the shipment till it cools off. All 3 arrived in good condition, they are field collected so i know there is a risk, but UR clearly did their best. Properly packed with a cooling pack! Thanks so much, I look forward to doing more business with you soon.

I've found the sales team at REPTILES CITY to be friendly and responsive. Their warehouse team as well was highly professional and quick to correct a few order issues. Their web-based sales platform is exceptionally well designed and the inclusion of text alerts on orders is very helpful for tracking shipments. My initial experience two years ago led me to order from them again, and this second experience was just as impressive if not more so. I will continue to consider REPTILESCITY my first choice.

I purchased a female baby Kinkajou from this fun and extremely professional store, Felton who specializes in Mammals there WAS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC from the moment we first spoke until a few weeks later when we picked our little companion at the airport. Felton sent us informative DIY videos before we've received our Kinkajou, regularly fallowed up with me to see how she was doing and if we needed anything else after we've received her which I thought was so incredibly caring. It's been 6 weeks since our new little companion entered our lives and we couldn't be more thrilled with the Kinkajou we've got, we brought her to the vet twice for vaccines and deworming and our New York exotic veterinarian agreed she was 100 % healthy and well cared for before we got her. I will keep on doing business with them, they provided us with a fantastic exotic pet and deserve a 5 Stars review while Felton with his passionate work ethic, super conscientious and sky high level of care for the Kinkajou he sold us deserved 10 Stars just to himself. Great place filled with great people and where we got an amazing pet from!

I ordered a baby basilisk with free shipping within 30 days of purchase. SIX WEEKS LATER, still No lizard, no communication, no shipping notification. Nothing. I emailed then and got no response for almost a week, then got a text saying he'd check the status. No communication for 5 days. I texted and asked for a status, he said " will ship Monday". This was Friday. Wednesday next week STILL nothing. I texted and asked if he ships on Thursday and if not, I expected a refund. His reply was short, rude and juridical unprofessional. 10 days and NO REFUND. I had to file a fraud complaint with my bank to have the charges reversed and get my money back.
This guy is a scammer and a scumbag. I filed a complaint with the BBB, and I will continue to give Reptile City negatives reviews on every site possible.
