Redbubble's reputation is increasingly marred by significant concerns regarding its customer service and fee structure. Many artists express frustration over high deductions from earnings and a lack of transparency in the new tier system, which they feel undermines their profitability. Customers frequently report issues with product quality, including defective items and poor print resolution, alongside unreliable shipping and inadequate support when seeking resolutions. While some users appreciate the variety and quality of certain products, the overall sentiment suggests a declining trust in the platform, prompting many to consider alternative options for their creative endeavors.

I get so many comiments in these shirts they are quality one and two awesome cant wait to buy more stuff. Being an artist I support them thanks
Ordering process was quick and easy. Delivery arrived sooner than expected. Got a great quality shirt. Definitely going to order more.
I absolutely love my anti-gravity cat shirt. Especially like explaining it to nimrods. Great site... easy to use and shirts are very comfy.
The poorest quality... do not purchase! Size 2XL was... hummmm, maybe a close size medium. This is from experience, not just rumor!
Easy to purchase and easy to edit your order, quick to get to you as well... very satisfied!
I had ordered a tee shirt but failed to put my house number on the order. When I contacted them by email, they responded quickly and pleasantly. That's the kind of treatment that keeps me coming back. They took care of everything!
Awesome website and checkout procedure. Was able to follow/track order and it arrived even earlier than expected.
I received my mitch lucker rip sticker today so small and cheap
This is a follow up to my previous review. I still get complements on my unique totes. I have given several as gifts and they have been well received. When I received the totes they were kind of stuff. I thought they just needed to be used like any product. I guess there is some sizing or coating used in the printing process. So I was concerned about how to care for them. I took a chance on machine washing them. With my other colors. I turned the totes inside out. They have a black lining. I did not want the color to affect other fabrics in the wash. When I took them out I put them in the dryer with the rest of the clothes on the permanent press cycle. Medium heat with a cool down. Too my surprise they were nice and soft when they came out. I like them even better now. I see no change in color. No bleach was used only detergent. So have no fear of ordering totes and Caring for them.
I've ordered from Redbubble before and, although the prices are a bit steep, it's amazing the quality of the shirts I've received. The cotton weight is a bit thin, but the shirts themselves are ridiculously soft and wonderful and I personally like the weight of the shirts. They also have online chat systems used for asking questions; the employees are very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.
The best part about Redbubble is the fact that artists can make their own designs and sell them which means that everything you get will be unique.
I don't think the people on here that keep complaining about shipping times realize that they actually have to custom make the shirts per order before shipping them out, so the actual production time is included in the time it takes to ship the T-shirts.
I also see someone claiming that the people giving this site "4-5 stars" are Redbubble employees while simultaneously claiming that Redbubble isn't a real company because they got an email from a "nonhuman". I'm not really sure how those two statements coincide with each-other, but in any case, I'm definitely not in affiliation with Redbubble. I just really like the shirts I received and will be receiving another awesome T-shirt soon.
The variety of the designs is great and many of them are really unique. I also received my order on time. However, the quality of the fabric that is used on t-shirts is poor (I ordered 2 women t-shirts) and the print is not that great either. It's not awful but it's definitely not the "cutting edge technology" that the site suggests. Overall I think that for 20-25 euros for a t-shirt the final product should have better quality.
*update*
So after I wrote my review RB contacted me and asked for some photos of the t-shirts. I sent them, describing the problems and they immediately offered to reprint them without asking me to return the faulty ones. Their reaction made me consider ordering from this company again although I was not happy with what I received at first. Now the bad part: The shirts arrived and the print on one of them has a blurred part ( again!) and you can also see some black lines running through part of the image. Seems some kind of problem with the printer.
And I wonder, why resend a product if you don't double-check that this time is perfect?
Maybe on their other products (posters, mugs etc) the result is better but I'm not sure if I'm willing to try again.
I bought two stickers from Red Bubble, which are designed to put in the car with a number of details of your child so that emergency personnel can know about allergies or medical conditions etc if you are involved in an accident. Seemed like a great idea, until the stickers arrived and they are so small you can barely write anything in the boxes... seriously, they are tiny. I had enough room to write the first line of my address and my name but not any contact details... so pretty much useless and they cost almost £5...
I should have read these reviews before ordering. I ordered 12 stickers and have been patiently waiting for them to arrive to decorate my laptop. No sign of them, ordered them end of March, the site says "shipped on April 8th" so wtf redbubble.
I ordered three t-shirts, one was smaller than stated in the description. I went on their website to set up a return. I have not heard from them except an e-mail saying "help is nearby". I have e-mailed them multiple times. They do not have a phone number listed anywhere. My credit card company gave me the number they had and it was disconnected. I cannot support a company who has such little regard for their customers, I hope others feel the same way.
I hesitated to place an order based on other negative reviews, but everything was fine with my order. Product arrived within stated time frame, matched website description, credit card charged only once. Will order again in the future.
I was so pleased! Received my girlfriend's birthday present on her birthday, I couldn't be happier! At first, I was worried because all the bad reviews I had read about this website. However, the gift is here and I'm so excited for her to open it. Remember to always be your own judge and to give everyone a chance, a fair chance.
I ordered 8 stickers. And I was pretty pissed when they showed up because they are honestly just sticker paper availible at any craft store, with the image printed on it with what I imagine is a ink jet computer printer circa 1997. Tried to contact their support and they pulled a Keyser Soze and disappeared. Their satisfaction guarantee is total horse$#*!.
Just opened the package that I ordered 3 and a half weeks ago and the should have put fragile on the package cuz 2 of the 3 shirts the print is already "cracking" and looks like $#*! and I can't get anyone to help me from there "customer service"
Masquerades in the UK as a UK company offering "same day shipping". Well, it's technically correct. It ships the same day from Long Beach California and then takes 3 weeks to get to the UK! They then send you a link to "provide feedback" but if you attempt to leave anything other than 4 stars it says "Oops there was a technical problem please try again later". What does this tell you?!
If you would like an experience similar to ordering from an over-seas catalog back in the 60's, this is where you should do business. No customer service, no true confirmation of shipping (tracking #), and the amount of time for delivery is laughable. Actually I'm not sure yet if my stuff will ever be delivered for that matter. Its unfortunate, they have some cool stuff.
Answer: They seem fake to me. I received such horrible service that its hard to believe this is the same Redbubble. Maybe they improved alot since OR maybe they are paying their own marketing people to post fake positive reviews. We will never know. I would say its not worth the risk. Go with another seller.
Answer: They're your typical plastic case. My sister has a case and it's lasted her s good year
