When choosing my bed cover, I had chat windows open with a couple of different online vendors. The RealTruck rep answered my questions patiently and fully while the other abandoned me in less than one minute when I didn't respond right away! The bed cover I ordered arrived at my rural address in less than 48 hours and looks great! Installing it on my '22 Tacoma took more time than anticipated due to a very minor issue with the hardware, a small bit of debris inside a threaded part, that was easy to remedy once I figured out the problem. I would have liked to have a vehicle specific instruction sheet in the box and it took a YouTube search to find RealTruck's install video which you would think would be linked to on the product page, but I found the info I needed with only a little extra effort. The cover itself looks and functions great, fit is spot on and the materials and construction look to be top notch.

The first time I called to place an order, the lady that answered the phone was not very familiar with the product that i was ordering and was not able to answer one of the most important question I had about the product. She then offered to give me the phone number of the manufacturer to get the information about the product that I needed. I then proceeded to call the manufacturer directly to get the information I needed regarding the product and the person I spoke to was very helpful and was going to go ahead and place the order directly with the manufacturer. When he told me what the price was, I told him that I was offered a better price from the dealer that I had been speaking to priodr to my call to him. The manufacture in told in that case, it would be better for me to go ahead and buy the product from the dealer, RealTruck, because as the manufacturer, he was not allowed to match or offer a better price than I had gotten from the dealer. Thus I called RealTruck back to place the order and fortunately when I had called back, I got a gentleman that seemed very knowledgeable about the product and was very helpful in helping me place the order.
