I received my order in a timely manner, but that is where the good ends. My Retrax Pro bed cover was received with broken parts and was missing install clamps. I have reached out to customer service multiple times with no response back. I had to buy other install clamps so I didn't have a 2K cover sitting in my garage. I understand staffing shortages but this has been going on two weeks.
Don't even waste your time, you will never get anyone to call you back, I have not received my order that I've paid, fed ex tracking number is no help, when I call real truck they say some one has to call you back in 5 to 7 days, none calls you back, very pissed off, my order # *******, do not order from this company, they will scam you!
