This company is very willing to take your money and sell you running boards but when it comes to the return forget that.
I ordered running boards were the wrong running boards. Ordered new running boards they immediately shipped and we're at my door. But when I asked for a refund it would be 2 to 3 days days before they ship me a label.
Still no label. When I call them back and ask where the label was. Now it'll be 5 to 7 days. They have my money for two sets of running boards and very slow to send a label for a return and credit.
The instructions could use a little help but the product is excellent.

Ordered some rims, tires and lug nuts, paid with a loan, at the end they were out os stock on tires and rims, but they mailed me the lug nuts, why would I need lug nuts without rims or tires, now I have to pay for something I don't need, will never ever buy from this store, they leave you hanging

While I had ordered AMP PowerSteps thru Amazon - RealTruck was listed as the vendor thru Amazon. A day later, I found an ad for RealTruck with 10%off so I called and got the same steps for $150 cheaper... Shows that Amazon does not always have the best prices. Only one issue... I got an email later that stated 'Penny for your thoughts'... Have not seen that penny yet...
Every time I shop with Real Truck it is an amazing experience. They are very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Called them talked to them and got what I needed fast and easy.
Article came in perfect shape. Instructions are not clear. Includes some extra parts that I needed to look on Youtube to figure out what to do with those. Is just a piece of paper with instructions, must work on that area.
Ordered a machined surface wheel got all black want a 5x5.5 bolt pattern got a universal bolt pattern and now the center bore is not big enough to fit over manual lockouts

I was not pleased the agent did not inform me it would take 30 days for the cover to arrive, nor the fact that I had to pay an additional $85.00 to have the cover removed from the delivery vehicle.
