I ordered merchandise from this this company almost a month ago. Two items were shipped. The third item was wrong so asked for a re-order and a refund, They told me a refund would be credited to my account. It was been almost three weeks and I have talked to 4 different customer service agents, They keep saying the credit dept has to approve it. They didn't have to approve it to debit. And each one of the 4 have sent me e-mails saying complaint SOLVED. It is not solved. I have not received but part of the last order and the credit has never hit my bank. Talked to s supv. Last night now they say it would be another 10 days to credit. Do not do business with this company. They are a middle man and order from other companies. They cannot stand behind their sales and offer horrible customer service. They get your money then its your problem.
Sorry I did not read the reviews before I ordered. This seems to be a standard for them.
Very unhappy customer.

Horrible customer service. I ordered a bedcover for one of my work vehicles on 11/5/19. Their website states order today and it ships tomorrow. I did not receive a shipment email on 11/6/19 so I called today 11/7/19 at 8am Central time. I spoke with Anthea Thompson and was informed it would be 3-5 days before the cover would ship. I explained I need it for work sooner and to cancel my order. Anthea put in the request and I received an email from Cinthia Chavez with a ticket number. At 2:37pm Central time I received an email stating my order has now shipped and an email from Cinthia stating my issue was resolved? I emailed Cinthia and called her. She replied that it has already shipped. After checking with Fedex they confirmed the label was created but that no item had been picked up yet. I was promised a return label after calling customer service an additional time. That has not happened and after reading all the other reviews it is obvious this is a very normal practice for realtruck.com.

Order new set of rims in September it's now October almost two weeks before I found out the rim was discontinued still have yet to receive refund of $479 then when I contact customer service I'm told every time I email and ask about my money that slows my refund down so as a customer it's okay for them to take your money and don't refund it when I feel like worst bunch of crap I've ever heard what happened to the customer is always right what happened to real customer support this is the worst website I recommend nobody purchase from them

On 9/25 I ordered a set of vent shades. Realtruck was quick at sending them out except they were for a totally different vehicle. I called their customer service right away and the young lady took all my information to exchange them. She told me that someone from their company would send me an email shortly with instructions on what to do with the wrong ones. A few days had passed and no instructions arrived so I called customer service again. During this call the young lady asked if I had the means to photograph them and email the photo to her. Her instructions were to destroy the wrong vent shades, take a photo of them proving they were destroyed, and then email the photos to her, at which time she would order the correct ones, which I did. I tried to call her several times after it was completed to verify her receipt of them but could never get to her. Always away from her desk or on another line but left messages for her to call me to confirm she had them. Never happened. I have called and emailed routinely but have yet to receive a response, although during one of my calls the lady was nice enough to verify there were 2 photos in my file. She stated she wished she could help me, but the lady I have been trying to get touch with is the only that can handle the exchange. In any even, here it is a month later, I have had no contact (phone or email) with her/them to resolve the matter, I still haven't received the correct vent shades or a refund, and no one will give me any information.

Bought a tri-fold soft cover for a 2018 Dodge. Cover didn't cover the stake pockets on the top so water would still get into the bed. Called customer service and at first was told they aren't supposed to cover, which is incorrect. Sent our issue to a Customer Loyalty Specialist. After sending pics of the cover on the truck she went to the mfg. They stated to cut out the 10-11 digit lot code on the underside of the cover (which means the cover is useless) and send a pic of it cut out and they would send a new cover. There is no such code so we sent her a pic of what was on there (wanted to be sure it was right before we cut out anything) and after 4 emails no response from the Customer Loyalty Specialist. I am being ignored now. We've been going back and forth with them since Oct 2. Take my advice DON'T buy anything from this site unless you know 100% you don't have to call customer service.

Customer service doesn't exist! They don't answer emails, they leave you on the phone until you hang up. I've been trying to do a simple return/exchange for some taillights and they refuse to help me. I was told there return labels were on back log at one point. How does that happen? How does asking for an exchange from a happy customer lead to a bloodthirsty madman in just a few weeks? RIP OFF your customers, IGNORE your customers and you will have only excustumers looking for every way possible to spread the word of this "WORLD CLASS TRASH" of a customer service team. I also believe they cherry pick there reviews. I posted mine weeks ago and don't see it. With all the complaints here I don't see them on there websites. So if you have a bad experience getting ripped off from this company make sure your voice is heard and spread it to as many platforms as possible. There not gonna continue to rip off customers. (I dealt with Krystal Sukkel & Bennetha Sampson)

We ordered runners for my Fathers new truck. As the truck was a bit high for him with his bad back and my mother's bad knee this was a need for them to safely enter/exit the truck. The runners came damaged with some deep gashes, potential location for rust to start as the coating was removed. I sent pictures, told them about the urgency and they never got back to me. Apparently they are the middle man so they went to the vendor and its silent. They were not cheap, I am expecting some form of follow up, yet their is nothing from them other than waiting to hear from the vendor. Should have read reviews prior to this as I see that this is how they operate. I have purchased many things online, never have I felt so helpless and my poor parents could not wait and had to put these on.

If it could be no stars it would be. They are horrible at any customer service and once your item has shipped your basically screwed either way. Its on you to figure out how to even receive the item. Once I reached out to even find out where my item is all they did was send me a tracking number and basically told me it was my job from there on. If your are smart at all then pay attention to the reviews they are true and I assure you they treat you exactly how I have said. They will never get another dollar of my money. Ever. And I will

Ordered a bedrug and nerf bars. I received the bed rug and was waiting about a week then called in about the bars, they told me the company would be shipping them in about 2-3 weeks and coming from the east coast you could add on at least another week for shipping. So I told them I would look around local because I do not want to wait that long and told them if I find something local I will call back and cancel. The next day I called in and canceled the bars, I get a email saying I have to pay a 20% restocking fee? I replied stating why am I paying a restocking fee? They say it is their policy lol So I have to pay 150+ dollars because I did not want to wait a month or more to get the nerf bars, realtruck should state they do not have the product in stock and will take a month or more to get them but this is common practice of scammers and cheats. I hate social media but today and for the rest of this week I happy that I can write many reviews about real truck and how they stole my hard earned money.

This particular item is built to order, therefore it has a production time of 2 to 3 weeks. I have located your service record and have discussed the situation with management. The manufacturer does charge a cancellation fee, but we will not be passing that charge onto you. Customer service is working on completing your cancellation request and a full refund. You will be notified when the refund is complete.

Purchased step/nerf bars for my Ford truck. Same bars from manufacturer and other vendors showed 1-5 day shipping depending on certain variables and RealTruck.com price was a little cheaper and shipping was free. Ordered on 6/16 and money was withdrawn from my account immediately (Sunday). A week went by and I hadn't received any shipping info. Upon logging in to my customer account I noticed order was listed as pending fulfillment/order number unavailable. I did online chat which was based out of North Dakota and completely pointless. I believe their online chat is a robot and/or software only. Called and was informed that the product would ship in 10 to 20 business days. I had to lose my temper to even get an order number. On days 18, 19, 20, 21, and 22 I called and tried the bot chat over and over as well as sent daily emails. No calls or emails returned and bot chat answered as expected. Finally was able to talk to an agent and said I was done and to please cancel my order - they stated order would be submitted to cancellation department and this could take 1-3 business days to approve before a refund could be submitted. Still no word on a shipping date. Seriously? While on the phone with my bank to dispute the charge and and label real truck as fraudulent I get an email stating Fedex had delivered the item to my door. What the Heck man? I have yet to get home and inspect the product. I'm prepared for the worst...

I ordered a pair nerf bars for my truck which was the the easy part, they arrived in a timely fashion. BUT
1. I was first overcharged - They Resolved
2. I was missing parts due to damage of box
3. I received parts a week later, but low and behold they only sent nuts and bolts no brackets.
4. Then I was told the Manufacturer does not stock those parts, so they shipped a new set.

So after 3 weeks of inconvenience I asked for some type of discount or gift card for future purchase, I was told no since they gave me 10% when ordered... Hmmmm that was the sale price they had online.

As I told them, Customer support whether a discount or gift card goes a long way. Shows that the customer means something, but to them it seems that made a sale and do not care about future purchases or good reviews.

I ordered a tannau cover and it arrived with dents in it. So I got on the phone to return it, the guy said someone would call in two business days. That went by and then a holiday, after the holiday I called again. A lady this time said in two business days someone would email me. No email, so I emailed them with no response. I just want to know what's going on, so I call again. The guy was SO RUDE. He tells me it takes more than a couple days to get a label, duh. Well anywhere else does not need over a week to send a label. They apparently need authorization from the manufacturer? It's their business, they should handle that when they get it back from me. Terrible communication. I just want my money back, it's not like it was cheap!

Any company who gives a hassle to return anything seems to be a little shady to me anyway. This one def takes the cake. It even states on their website "EASY RETURNS" BUT it also states in their return policy that if it is the fault of the customer that there are re-stocking fees and etc... fees. FULL ON INVESTIGATION TO RETURN ANYTHING.
The part I ordered was supposed to be for my specific truck and it definitely was not and come to find out they don't even carry the accessories I needed for my truck. I had to email back and forth for 3 days, sending pictures of my vehicle and pictures of the parts that did not match up. Emailed back and forth, called the 1800 #, was told they would call back, and even went on the website to "live chat" still getting a "blow off" I don't know about all of you reading this BUT I do not have time in my life to continually deal with little nuisances like this. Just send that DAMN return form and move on to the next customer that has probably been annoyed also. I promise you that I will never order something from this company again.
