Ordered nerf bars, credit card charged, now can't get a hold of anyone. Have sat on hold for a cumulative total of about 3 hours... seriously! Thank God for American Express... they came to my rescue and took care of the charge. AMEX 20 stars, Realtruck -20 stars! I told AMEX they might want to blacklist Realtruck merchant. From now on I will review whomever I buy from before I order!
! Horrible service! Ordered a hitch 4-6-2020 and now its 6-8-2020 and haven't heard a damn thing about it. No emails, No calls, nothing. I've emailed 5 times without a response. I've called multiple times just to be on hold for over an hour at a time. Worst place to order anything on.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They shipped me a non-fitting item. I called their 'Customer Service' to request a return. A week later no reply so I called again and waited on hold for an hour and a half for an agent that I suspected would never answer. So I eventually left another message that likewise was never returned. Fortunatly I paid with a credit card and not a debit card or else I would be stuck.
Ordered a Gator toneau cover for my 2020 denali back on may 19th and money was taken directly out of paypal,,, it is now june 5th and still cannot get a response from anyone there, did virtual chat and was told someone would contact me and havent heard from them. They dont answer the phone,, trying to email, waiting for some type of response.
At first I ordered without reading reviews and after I had ordered they sent me an email that it would be 2-3 weeks due to the pandemic after about 5 days hadn't heard back so I sent an email to see if I can get any info 2 days go by I receive an email that my package was just shipped and it would come the next day I received my wheels today everything seems fine the right size and color idk if all these reviews are fake or I got lucky but I received my order in 7 days

Can't get a hold of them when you try to call they charge your card asap but for returns need to wait for 5 days until some other company sends me a return slip. Terrible will never order from here again

The customer service for this place is pretty much non-existent. They took over 2 weeks to reply to a simple email asking for a status update on my order.
Placed order on 5/9/20 for seat covers. CC charged for the order on that date. Received email confirming order but no order number was provided. Made the mistake of assuming everything was OK. Called and spoke with customer service agent on 5/28/20. Learned that the order was never processed internally at Real Truck. Very disappointing. Customer service agent was apologetic and helped me with processing cancellation and refund so at least that part went well, hope to see the refund within a week.

Terrible website and customer service. The product I ordered did not come as pictured. There were parts in the picture with the product that does not come with it. FALSE ADVERTISING! After being on hold over an hour with customer service the only way to get in touch with them is chat or email. They denied my return because the item is freight. I did not get what I ordered and could not return it even though the website clearly states 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE! When you complete the order it states no freight returns. Shady! Misleading! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You are better off at a flea market or Walmart. My complaint is going to the BBB next!

Well, they delivered my order on time. The only problem is I live in Colorado and they delivered it to someplace in California. So eight days wasted only to have them screw up the delivery, and then countless more hours wasted on hold with their customer service who never did pick up the phone. Their online "Chat with an Expert" is also useless as it never did work. Just got off of a phone call with my credit card company. I disputed the charge and will spend my money elsewhere. I almost never write reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I wanted to warn others.
Bought a truck rack. The rack arrived in condition that it could not be assembled [a) excess parts, b) non-required parts, c) uprights with unworkable pre-threaded bolt sections, and d) unintelligible assembly drawings]. I immediately notified Real Truck, Inc., dba RealTruck.com of the irreparable junk received and requested a return shipping label in accordance with its Terms and Conditions. It refused to process the return. It emailed me on March 27,2020 that it was shipping out replacement parts - none have been received.
Well after a couple days I was finally able to get a hold of a live person... of course that was no help. Took forever just to find my order #. Could not tell me when it would be shipped or if they could EVEN GET IT! Of course my CC has already been charged. But I can expect an email in the next 4-5 days letting me know! Won't hold my breath on that! Gonna give them the 4-5 days then I will be call AMEX and disputing the charge as fraudulent! Should have checked the reviews SMH!
Ordered running boards for my truck. Received the mounting brackets two days later. (I'm thinking I messed up on my order! WHERE ARE MY RUNNING BOARDS!) I checked my order, and yes I ordered everything I needed. (hardware included) I am currently on my 3rd call with them trying to get the hardware to install my running boards onto the brackets. You can expect at least a 30 minute hold time just to speak with anyone and then expect to be put on hold again for another 10. I would give them zero stars if I could. Save yourself time and frustration and just buy local.
RealTruck charged my credit card before they had shipped an announced back order item. I cancelled my order and asked for my money back, but all I got from RealTruck was the runaround. Finally I was reimbursed by my credit card issuer after complaining to them. Recommend not doing business with this scamming outfit!
