This has been the worst experience I have ever had purchasing an item online. The customer service is beyond horrible. Placed my order almost a month ago. Website said should be shipped within 48 hours. Called and wrote an email multiple times after a WEEK without receiving my order. Was told it would ship on the 15th of June ( placed my order on the 28th of May). Emailed and called multiple times AGAIN after the 15th to find out when I would get my order. Was told now it's "expected" to be shipped on the 30th of June (over a month from when I ordered the item). Don't put 48 hours to ship out plain and simple. Will never order from them again.
Extremely dirty business practices. I placed an order on June 9th 2020. Their website boasts about how fast they ship. Says 24/48 hours if in stock. I received a tracking number on the 16th. By th 22nd FedEx still hadn't received the package for shipping. I called customer service, it took over 4 hours to get through. I had asked for them to cancel my order and issue a refund. They said they can't and that I would have to wait for the boards to ship. Then I would have to return them, then wait 2 weeks for a refund. They finally arrived on the 25th and I wouldn't let FedEx take them off the truck. Now we wait for a refund. Avoid this place at all costs. A little transparency would have went a long way.
What a joke poor customer service. Takes a month to get something I ordered from here twice same result they don't tell you when you order has been shipped. And they take your money the same day you order. Don't waste your time!
I placed my order, rec'd no order confirmation, no shipping details, nothing... days later, I tried calling them over 1hr hold time for call back, no call... tried again, over 1hr hold time for call back, nothing. Never rec'd a call back. Sent customer service email request to cancel my order, no response. A week later, filed a dispute with my credit card company - then went ahead and bought wheels & tires locally and then, yesterday 3 weeks after the start of this started, the wheels show up on my porch, now they will not answer the phone or emails to start return process. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS! Save yourself the biggest headache of your life!
You don't get what you pay for, as a matter of fact they took my money and never sent my item. To make matters worse the will not respond back to me, I ended up calling my credit card company to see if they could help in the refund. Good luck

I purchased an item and they charged it right away. I waited a few days for the shipping confirmation and nothing. I never go the item and I couldn't even get a hold of anyone to return the money. I had to put it through my credit card to dispute the purchase. I have emails and calls and I would just receive a generic message. The call center leaves you on hold over an hour and then hang up.
Do NOT believe their web pages if they say it's in stock. It is NOT in stock and they won't tell you. In 3 weeks when you haven't received your order yet, good luck getting a straight answer from them. They LIE. Now try getting a refund!

Placed an order on June 11,2020 for wheels and tires. $2400 worth. They were really helpful on the phone. June 21st now and haven't heard anything yet about shipping. I've read some bad reviews but I hope it isn't the case with my order. My order number is ******* if someone there would like to get back to me. Put order in on May 9,2020, contacted customer service on May 29,2020 and was told it would take 2-10 day after order was placed. Had to do the math for them and told them it has already been 20 day since order placed. Have made several attempts since then but have gotten no where.

I ordered tonneau cover in May 2020, but as of Sept. 2,2020, I have not received it and they already charged. It appears they were once a good company, but something about COVID-19 impacted their company and they aren't being truthful about products they have and don't have in the inventory. I recommend you submit a complaint with the North Dakota, Florida, Michigan attorney general office, as well as FBI and FTC. Realtruck is registered in North Dakota, their parent company, THI E-COMMERCE, LLC, is registered in Florida and have principal mailing address in Michigan. I'm in contact with the attorney general's office and they say they haven't heard any complaints about Realtruck, so the more people who complain, the more they will look into it.
PLEASE do yourself a favor and order from another company. This company has literally NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! 3 calls, 2 online ticket requests, 2 emails to customer service. NEVER heard back from them! Took a call to my CC company to stop payment on my order to get a response from this co. DON"T USE THIS CO!

Ordered Ventvisors for my sons truck, spoke with chat line person, wrong item. Called and was on hold for 45 mins on three occasions. Finally chat answered and said someone would respond to me in a email so I could exchange item. No response, horrible company.
I have spent a total of 4 hrs on hold this week trying to get ahold of them. I bought window visors for my truck and never received email confirmation. They took my money, but that is a far as it went. I wish Pay Pal would hold onto my money until shipping confirmation instead of rushing to pay scam artist like this.
