Ordered 4 vision wheels for my husbands truck. Received in less than a week. Happy about that. Then 1 of the center caps was defective and I needed it replaced. Emailed and after 2 weeks they answered with letting me know they would get me in touch with someone to help me. Been 3 more weeks and I have ordered from another company a replacement center cap. NEVER AGAIN will I purchase from real trucks!

Don't waste your time. I recently ordered an S&B intake from realtruck. I received my confirmation email, the money was removed from my account, and the email stated they would send an additional email when I product shipped. Just like any other online shopping service. I let two weeks go by before looking at realtrucks reviews. I wish I wouldn't have. I wish I would've looked at them prior to ordering. After reading all the negative reviews I decided to call and ask for an update. After holding for 2.5 hours they then stated it could be 30-40+ days before my product shipped and even up to 120 days. Who wants to wait that long. Therefore, I started a dispute with my CC company in hopes to retrieve my money. I went ahead and ordered from another company and within 4 days, my intake is already here. Do not give this company your money. They're terrible. Hence why they have a 1.3 star review rating.

Very poor customer service. Called 3 times with no answer or call back. Took me 4 months to get ahold of a rep. And found out that they are not carrying the product anymore.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. This company sucks. They were quick to take my money. They don't answer phone or email. I went to their building in ocala fl. Locked up tight, lights out and no one there. Beware. Please.

Never got my order
July 21, 2020

So i placed an order (wheels) on may 1,2020, and so far today july 21,2020 i haven't get anything, i sent a few emails and nothing, 5 days ago i called to se what's going on and after 95 minutes i finally got someone to speak to JUST to tell me they see i sent an email and that they can't do anything else... WHAT'S THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THEN? 1,150 dollars wasted.

Received an order acknowledgement on Monday at 12:43 PM. A week later, no confirmation of shipping. I went to call their phone number for a status update and was told that the wait time for someone to talk to about this issue was FOUR HOURS!

Something ain't right about this company. I am trying to cancel my order because I'm taking a trip in just a couple days and I need a ladder rack for my truck. I would have thought a week and a half would be enough time to get something shipped, but I guess I was very wrong.

Would not use again

The communication with this company is spotty at best. The order (a bedcover) I placed was shown to be delivered in enough time for our trip (almost three weeks out). I called them on the week of our trip to find out when to expect it and was told that it had not been sent out yet.

They recommended purchasing another cover and reduced its cost to the first cover and I canceled the first order.

While we were gone the first order showed up and I returned it. This process took almost a week. Trying to talk with a human is almost impossible. After I returned the cover it took an additional 3 weeks to get the money back into our account.

I had left multiple messages, multiple "chat with an expert" messages, multiple "Call back and save your place in line" requests and have not received any call backs.

I tried several times to call and the waiting time was always an hour or more. The chat line is a worthless option too. I tried that 5 times with no luck. It said I will be contacted by e-mail, but never once did I get an answer about my order I placed over two weeks ago. My account was debited to for $303 and no product. I will be reporting them to the BBB.

Not sure what all the negative reviews are about. Ordered a mat for the bed of my Ram 1500 and is great quality for only 95$. Free shipping and only took 6 days. 5 star.

This is a joke. They have items listed for sale after weeks of trying to find out status I'm told the item is no longer available and they will refund my money. Also customer support will not contact you. I had to call the order number and act like I was going to place an order then I could speak to someone. This company needs to be shut down.

Wish there were a 0 star available. I understand there is a pandemic going on, with that being said all Real Truck has to do is COMMUNICATE! I ordered a dash cover on May 2,2020. They gladly took my money to never respond again. I emailed about 5 times, did the online chat with a robot to have a call back, never received a call. Did another online chat to have them email me, never received an email. On July 5th I called and waited 5 hours for a call back. I finally talked to a real person and cancelled my order. Well, within 2 hours I received a notice that my dash cover shipped. What luck? I waited 65 days with no communication and when I try to cancel my order all of a sudden it ships. What a ficken joke this place is. I will never use them again.
We also ordered some side steps for our truck in April, after 2 weeks of them not shipping we canceled and got our money back. We ordered steps from another company and received them in 2 days!

REPORTED THEM TO Better Business Bureau "Under Report a Scam" because that exactly what they are doing to customers! Like all others who have commented... no one answers your emails, chat, or phone calls! However willingly take our Money! Hope they close this chumps down! Too Bad I cant give 0 stars!

Ordered a product and they sent the wrong color. I have been trying for weeks to call and email. Over an hour wait and they put you in the que but no return call. No response to email. I am going to have to eat the $125.00 cost just because it is too time consuming to try to exchange it. Will find a better outfit to do business with. Do not make the mistake of me and the others on here and find the product somewhere else.

I would stay away from this company. I ordered a GatorTrax MX Electric Tonneau Cover for my new Ram 2500 on April 19. It was missing the two rails to mate up the truck rail system.

I emailed the sales person with no response. After waiting on-line for hours I was able to talk to someone about the missing pieces. The support person emailed me back and I was told to read pages 11 and 12 which I had. The support person stated the extra rails do not come with the system and closed the ticket.

Nowhere on the site does it sell the required adapter rails. I sent back an email on how do I get them with no response. I called back and after hours on hold I was able to talk to another support person. I was told that the rails would be sent and the ticket was closed. This was about a month ago and I have emailed three different people with no response. I waited on-line again for hours, put myself on callback, and left a message with the first support person all with no response.

I would recommend ordering from this company with care.

This is the first review I have written. I just want other people to know about RealTruck.

Placed order and paid for 06/25/20. I have not received a conformation of this order as of yet, 7/02/20. You call them its a one hour wait time. You use their "Chat Line" identified in Red Text on their web site, its a text messaging app, at the end it tells you that someone will contact you within 48hrs? I have already started checking for a scam?

I have been trying to return a bed cover for weeks now. I was able to initiate the return and was told I would receive a label. A week has gone by and no label. I have tried to call customer service for 4 days in a row and left the call back and keep my line in que option only to never get a call back. My calls were all in the morning so you would think I would get a call by the end of the day. I have also done the live chat option which is automated and garbage. I have never been called back using it either. I am beyond pissed with this company and its service.

Ordered side rails for my truck back in May, gave them time to ship and send email to track order. Sent them 6 emails and 4 phone calls all which were ignored. Then they sent me a email asking how I liked the "support" I received from them. I should have read the reviews before I ordered from them, pretty sure I wouldn't have given them my business. Stay away from this company, ended up contacting my credit card company and they refunded in in 3 days. Seems they have heard of "Real Truck" also. Again "buyer beware"!

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, I ordered a part so far going into the third week and still no shipping email or tracking number. I called maybe 10 times and the wait is over one hour, they ask you to leave number, which I did and no body called me back. I also sent 3 emails and no reply. You can't check the status of your order online, they ask you to call to check the status. You can't cancel the order online either, everything you need is to call the 888 line that you will have to wait over an hour. NEVER ORDER AGAIN FROM THEM.

I placed an order on 6-22-20 and have not received so I call the customer service number and have been holding for over 1 hour and 20 minutes. I also did the call back option and never got a call back. I'm going to cancel my order!
