Worst company I have ever dealt with! I should have read the reviews first. I order a set of 5 wheels mounted on 5 tires for $3000. They took my payment right away, took a week to process my order and two weeks to ship. I was expecting to receive my wheels/tires in 3 weeks, so I wasn't upset about that. They were delivered by freight and all 5 mounted wheels were wrapped in tight plastic on a crate and dropped off by fedex (each wheel combo weighs 100lbs). I couldn't inspect them in time as the fedex driver had to complete his route. The wheels and tires were what I ordered, so that was ok. I was inspecting them as I was removing them from the plastic and crate. The top 3 where in great condition, but the bottom 2 had the wheels scraped and gouged. They were damaged in multiple places on the surface of both wheels. The damage could not have been done during shipping either, because the damaged areas were not exposed. The gouges were deep and the powder coat was scapes off. I called and emailed and called and emailed and finally spoke to two different people on two different occasions. One of them told me that they were going to send me a return label which they never did. The other told me to send her pictures of the damage (which I did) and she will contact the manufacturer and they will contact me within 4 days. I never heard from any one again. I continuously tried calling but always seem to have 5 hours worth of people in line in front of me. Sent multiple emails and never received a single response back. It's been a month. And I've lost all hope on getting a refund or replacements. This company is a joke. I've learned an expensive lesson here—always read reviews before ordering online. I can't believe these people can get away with jerking their customers around.

Don't do it

These people are total liars bought rims and tires salesman was informed it what i had told him I didn't want to cut or do anything to truck he said the combo would work also said they would get to me in a week and a half also says on their website that they price match so it took 5 weeks to get here first of all second the tires rubbed so bad couldn't even drive the truck had to spend another 300$ to add a leveling kit and still rub called them multiple times to get a solution told customer care to listen to the recording of all calls during purchase she said they did and the salesman told me they would rub wich is a total lie I will be contacting bbb and sewing their bond theres alot more to say about them but my advice is not to waste your time and money with these scumbags the lie to you just to get your money and dont stand behind their guarantees warranty and word i don't ever write reviews but this was so bad I thought I should let people know stay away not a legit company liars

Order my wheels on July 19th its July 21st have heard nothing on where they are. Contacted 5 times never returned my emails. Buyer beware buy somewhere else if you want your product on time and to even know where or what is going on with it. If I could give negative stars I would!

Wish I had visited this site prior to ordering anything from this company. My advice is "Run Forest Run". Took almost a month for a reply to my inquiry on shipment of my order. Spoke w/ the tech who I will not name here but, all she did was the blame game towards their supplier, had wrong information on location of their supplier (claimed Corona, CA when it was actually located in Aurora, CO). Took my leg work to track down the order and get it shipped from their supplier. My order number was ******* for Rhino Rack 2500HD system which I received and like so far. Do yourself a favor, if you see something on this site you want, try to go direct to the manufacturer, even if its a few more bucks. Unless of course you like aggravation, headaches and being ignored. I will never purchase from them again ever. Not even if its free. Ralph H.

Ordered product & received within 2 days. 1 item was defective. Have been trying for 3 days to get an answer on how they're handling it with no success. Won't answer any questions about it. Get product in a timely manner but customer service in regards to defective product & return is horrible to say the least.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam... If you know you want a product 1000% go ahead they have nice stuff but if you change your mind or find a better deal game over. Customer service will straight up avoid you or use stall tactics in order to be unable to cancel your order and steal your money. They don't call you back and if they contact you it's not which ever preferred method you requested... Stay far away from this place I'll be calling my bank to dispute but I can see their little borderline illegal wording in their fine print...

No customer service

I ordered a Diamondback cover 20 JUL2020. On the 29th I received the email that my order would be delivered no later than 19AUG. The chat feature is automated vs live. I backdoor'd to the sales department and was met with a snippy, "that's not my department".
If not resolved within 48 hrs, I will cancel the order and go to Diamondback directly. I guarantee I will never order from realtruck again!

Cancelled order after hearing nothing for weeks. Phone not answered. Calls and e mails not responded too other than form reply. Order shipped even after repeated cancellations. Returned but no refund after 3 weeks. Bunch of crooks! Shop anywhere else!

Placed order waited a week and no shipment, product was in stock when ordered, called real truck and was told someone would get back to me in 24 to 48 hours but no. So after waiting 30 minutes on hold. I finally communciated via online and was told it may be a week before they got back to me. I just canceled the order can get it shipped to me in less time from somewhere else than it would take for them just to get back to me to give me an update.

Do Not Buy From This company
This company is the worst. Received my tonneau cover on time but have a problem with it. Customer service is a joke. I Left 5 Phone Messages No Won Returned My Call. I Emailed Pictures Of The Missing Parts.
This Company Does Not Care. This is my first time writing a review like this, thankfully there are not many companies this deceitful. I would gave them 1 star based on their shipping. 0-Stars For Customer Service Beware don't buy from this company.

Towing mirrors

I purchased a pair of towing mirrors for my '99 F-150. They arrived well before the estimated delivery date, BUT there were no instructions, no packing slip, no return information, and no return address on the box. Today I installed the driver side mirror. So far, it appears to be OK quality, but the electrical connector didn't match well to the one on the truck. I needed to trim it with a pencil grinder to get it to go together. Once all was back together, the mirror motors seemed to work. I was satisfied with the price, however. IF there had been a problem, I sense that return and refund might have been troublesome.

I had a complete disaster with customer service with your competitor after 2 months they finally acknowledged they were wrong and refunded me. REAL TRUCK had my Wheels & N Fab bars to me in 7 business days. Donald Small was excellent answering my questions through email and initially on the phone. The others that I spoke with concerning my shipment were super helpful and got me squared away. I am team REALTRUCK thank you again for GREAT customer service

Just to add to others on this site, RealTruck has NO REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Called on my order that was in stock and shown as shipped, (but of course later learned that no delivery date was on the shipping confirmation), only to be told there was a 3 hour wait time for my call to be responded to. Then I tried their online chat, which is simply a internet robot that collects information and provides you with static replies. Folks, don't fall for the glossy web pages they have so carefully presented. This company is a hoax!

Placed order over a month ago, supposed to ship right away. After 2 weeks, figured I'd give extra time due to Covid, still nothing. Called and waited on hold for over 45 minutes to find out that the product hasn't been shipped and they have no idea where it is. No return call with update, so I called back and asked for a refund. 2 weeks later and still NO PRODUCT, NO EXPLANATION, NO REFUND. Stay away from this company.

Side steps error

I ordered side steps for my truck. They sent the wrong step for the passenger side. I have been trying to call them but all I get is put on hold. It's been over a week. This company should just shut down. The customer service doesn't even exist. I will never order from them again. Not even good enough to be horrible.

Ordered parts from realtruck July 1st. It's now the 28th. Haven't received even a confirmation email that the order was placed. I've emailed them, no response. I see they took my money. One order arrived and it was damaged. Realtruck had nothing to do with the order. They're a middleman in the whole thing. Nothing else has arrived yet. You're on hold for 2 hours waiting for customer service and they never answer. Get on a call list, and if you don't answer right away, sorry! Try calling right back and the store is closed. BUYER BEWARE! REALTRUCK IS GARBAGE!
